“Best Paint Shop I have experienced. Before I ordered paint from Touch Up Direct. Their paint was accurate , however their cans did not spray as well and it took 2 weeks. I saved $10 a can ordering from these guys and the cans spray much more evenly. I can also drive 18 minutes to get them. I will be coming here for years. Very glad I met them. They also have clear coat ready for purchase off the shelf. Way better than that auto-zone crap.”

I usually do not do reviews. But today I had to do this for Gabe who went above and beyond. He is a superb asset at the store.
Details:
I went to the store with the exact sherwin williams old paint and also with the Sherwin Williams Code/Bar Code for the stair railings in my home from 5 years ago . There was a fairly big line of people at the store.
Gabe after scanning the paint code of the old can indicated that the base paint from Sherwin Williams had changed and that the original SW paint code was no longer directly valid. In addition the old paint was bought at a location 20 miles away. I was definitely not looking forward to going 20 miles away and finding out they could not match the paint.
Gabe withour being asked, got on the phone and called the 20 mile away SW store. He got the details on what the code for the paint was in their store. He then made the paint based on that code. It did NOT match.
Gabe did not give up and uses his professional skills to match the paint to the best of his ability. He tweaked the code two times and gave his best shot at matching the paint.
Gave showed amazing patience, skill and professionalism even with a line of customers at the store. He spent his time and energy doing all of this.
I come home and the paint matches perfectly! Success!
Saved me a 20 mile trip, a conversation on the phone with it and frustration. In addition who knows if the other store would even try to match or even be successful if they tried.
