Good pastry options and the place is clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. The only reason I can’t give it a 5 star is because they served me coffee in a To-Go Cup when I was wanting a dine in experience of coffee in a nice cup in a rainy day… otherwise this place is cool.

The cake was extremely fresh and was delicious, it was not too sweet and everyone got up to get seconds because they just absolutely loved it. The employees were friendly and the place is very nice and clean.

This Paris Baguette has a large selection of treats. The arrangement and presentation is at par with other locations. Seating is limited if you plan to dine in. But overall a great experience!!

Such a lovely place to get delicious pastries! They had so many options and they were pretty affordable. They all looked so yummy but I ended up getting the fruit tart. I 100% recommend this place. The staff was quick and the place looked clean as well.

I could go here every day! The breads are divine, the atmosphere is calming with the soft piano music, and is reasonably priced for the high quality it is. Definitely going back.

Lots of great pastries. The coffee croissant donut and cookie butter donut are the best. The almond chocolate croissant is good. Tried the chocolate chip cookie. It was alright, had an eggy taste. The strawberry soft cream cake is great if you don’t like really sweet cakes and like whipped cream style frosting. You get free candles, matches, and a plastic cake cutter/server with your cake, which is nice.

Stumbled upon this place and decided to go in and try something, I got a Mocha Mochi Donut. I was so excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was absolutely terrible. All it tasted like was oil. I squeezed it, and oil poured out. Disgusting.. Don't recommend the donuts.. ?

I was anticipating an experience similar to Tous les Jours since they're very similar businesses, but I was underwhelmed. Sadly the pastries look better than they taste. We tried six different pastries and most of them were too oily and lacking tenderness. The service also left something to be desired -- we waited for two minutes for our pastries to be warmed up, only to receive them cold and having to go back to the line.

Browse and pick items at you own pace through a graceful set of display cases. Everything is beautiful and very clean. The strawberry cream croissant was phenomenal. Will definitely be back to try all the other lovely things!

Disappointment at Paris Baguette: Unprofessionalism from Start to FinishVisiting Paris Baguette with my family, we expected a pleasant evening of pastries and company. Instead, we encountered a double dose of disappointment, starting with the cashier's rudeness and culminating in the manager's inefficiency.Arriving at 8:30pm, just before closing, we understood the potential for limited service. However, the cashier's hostility was immediate. Refusing to warm our pastries and then declaring the dining area closed despite other patrons enjoying their food , she created a confusing and unpleasant atmosphere. My wife, understandably, questioned the inconsistencies, only to be met with escalating negativity from the cashier, including muttering. When I intervened, seeking clarification, I was met with similar hostility. The store manager, while apologetic, offered no sense of genuine concern. To our dismay, his "apologies" were overshadowed by staff lady's continued rudeness, banging items around, muttering under her breath and getting combative instead of being apologetic. This lack of remorse further soured the already unpleasant experience.Despite having 20 minutes before closing, and other patrons clearly enjoying their meals, the negative energy was simply too much. We decided to leave and enjoy our coffee and pastries elsewhere. It's truly disheartening to witness employees like this representing a brand built on hospitality. Paris Baguette should take notice of such behavior and be ashamed of how it tarnishes their reputation. Not only was the cashier's unprofessionalism unacceptable, but the manager's inefficiency compounded the disappointment.Paris Baguette must prioritize staff training and implement clear service standards to ensure a welcoming and consistent experience for customers (at least in this branch).
