What an amazing place! Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We built a home out of state and Jackie worked with me to select flooring and tile for our new home. Multiple times I went back and she always helped with a smile on her face. I recommend them to everyone I know. If I wasn’t moving, I would use them again. Have yet to find anyone in the area so easy to work with. Thank you to Jackie and team for a wonderful experience!

Walked in and was greeted by no one. We looked around for 45 minutes and found a few floors we liked but no one came and asked us if we needed help. We are younger so it felt like the didn’t take us seriously although we were totally ready to buy flooring since we were on a time crunch.
There was 5+ sales workers that sat down and didn’t even mind us.

Great experience and great customer service at Prosource wholesale store, Coppell.Danny at Prosource, coppell is very helpful during our visit last week. The experience is absolutely wonderful, last night we ordered the hardwood we selected. It was a smooth process. Five stars to Danny, who helped us in every possible way. Thanks, Danny!!

[Final edit] The correct door latches were delivered and installed in late May.[Update 5/5/21]: ProSource fixed our countertop on 4/9. At first the staff didn’t want to cut it to the size according to the spec and asked that they cut a hole in the wall and insert the counter top into the wall. We declined to have our walls cut. They did reluctantly agree and completed the task at the end. As of 5/5/2021, the cabinet door latches that the staff forgot to order as part of our cabinet purchase are still missing with no date for estimated delivery and install. Still waiting and hearing “will find time” from the staff and vendors. The cabinets were installed back on 3/26/2021. Let’s see how long it will take before I come back for an update.——Original review from 4/5/21: After 4 months of finalizing agreement and exact spec for our wet bar counter and cabinet design with ProSource and thousands of money paid, our cabinets are missing push mechanism and the installation team installed an incorrectly measured and cut quartz countertop to my wet bar. The countertop is popping out of the corner like an eyesore as pictured. I've spent countless hours on this renovation to remove the previous wet bar that stuck out of the corner in order to create a modern look flushed to the wall. Well, ProSource slapped it right back regardless of the months we've spent on the spec. When we reported the issue and missing piece, no solution is confirmed. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting to hear back from ProSource as to when the team is going to make the fix according to the agreed-upon spec. I will update here when I receive an update for a solution to replace the countertop to the spec and supply the missing mechanism. So far, I've only experienced incompetency and do not recommend ProSource.

After this review and an email, my replacement tiles are being provided and I changed my review from a one to a three.Spent a nice sum of money on tiling only to find out one of the boxes had broken tiles. Instead of replacing that box, it was “recommended” we use the broken tiles for cuts, “that are always needed”. I recommend you give me what I paid for and let me decide what tile I cut and what I don’t. Not impressed.

Jackie Brown was wonderful to work with to pick out wood floors for a remodel as well as tile for bathroom floors. Picking out remodel products can be exhausting and stressful. Jackie was patient and helpful, visit after visit. Thank you Jackie! Cannot wait to move in and enjoy them in a few weeks! I would definitely come back and ask for Jackie in the future for any future projects.

My wife and I went to the store with a list of what we needed, Kim Schaumburg was assisting us. She was very professional, answered all the questions we had. Kim is very knowledgeable and gave us a few very good ideas. She emailed me the quote the very next day. Some of the tiles were back ordered, so she suggested a few alternatives that were available without any wait. So, I would strongly recommend Kim to anyone, she knows her stuff and she will go above and beyond to meet the customers' needs. Thank you, Kim.

I had bought a home with wood paneling on the ceiling, which was absolutely gorgeous but hard to match flooring. Sean not only gave me advice and helped pick out colors, but he went above and beyond, answering my questions via text and keeping me up to date on delivery, which was absolutely amazing since I had to be out of the country. His professionalism and customer service made everything a breeze, for a process that is everything but, especially right now.Thank you so much!

I am in the process of building a home and in our current supply and worker shortage it is so challenging to get the right product...on time...and great customer service. Working with KP (Kim Phemister) at Prosource Coppell is like hitting the trifecta. She worked hard to ensure that my orders were up to her level of standards. KP went to bat for me when I needed to return tile for extreme color variation. This is the second time I have used ProSource for my building/remodeling projects and I would not go anywhere else. Best selections and best service.

Sean Kalseth at ProSource in Coppell was FANTASTIC to work with! I had selected backsplash tile and engineered wood flooring at ProSource in Allen, but kept calling and emailing for price quotes and couldn’t get the rep to get back to me on pricing! So I called the Coppell store, Sean answered the phone and had price quotes to me in less than an hour! He even procured a free box of the wood so I could make sure it was the color and texture I wanted! Everything moved quickly and without issue and I will ABSOLUTELY call ProSource in Coppell again!

The staff at Pro Source in Coppell is superior and the selection is wonderul. If someone is out of the office the other steps in to make sure you are taken care of. Their pricing is fair and they are sooooo great to work with. Kim Phemister is a gem!!
