Went in for running shoes. I worked with Nick and it was concierge mixed with science all the way. Despite the store being bustling, Nick took the time to explain my foot analysis, explain my options, and even shared the pricing info so I could make a cost conscious choice. My new shoes and inserts feel like springy clouds and definitely going back.

I stopped by Fleet Feet in Coppell today and received top notch service! Nick took time to speak to daughter and me; he was friendly and gave information about upcoming events. I’m from Georgia and I visit family here in the Dallas area quite often. I always visit the Coppell store when I’m in town.

I am thrilled about my new shoes that Brad helped me fine tune *needed an insole. I felt an instance difference. I walk for exercise at least 30 minutes everyday and my feet were beginning to really hurt even with an insole (cheaper version). Now those shoes will be used for walking on the beach. I have more pep in my step now. I am grateful I stopped in today and was assisted by Brad.

I had an amazing experience at Fleet Feet thanks to Brad. He helped me with my foot analysis and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the results. On top of that, he was friendly, cheerful, and genuinely fun to work with. Brad turned what could’ve been a routine visit into a truly enjoyable one. Highly recommend seeing him if you want exceptional service!

Brad helped me in every way possible to help me determine what I needed. Couldn't ask for more from him.
Would happily come back to this store anytime. Will make sure to do so whenever I decide which model and color I want from the ones that were kindly suggested

Nick Schneigent of the Coppell, TX location is the Best! Very knowledgeable, professional, non-pushy, and gave me several alternatives of shoes and accessories that would benefit me greatly. I didn't realize there was so much involved in buying a shoe. Nick, being a former Cross Country coach for many years, understood the importance of choosing the correct shoe for my specific foot. Will not go anywhere else for my athletic shoes in the future, and I would advise all of you reading this to do likewise. Wreck Em Tech, and Bear Down Chicago Bears!!

I arrived when the store opened and was greeted friendly. I explained what I was looking for, and the process started. I got my feet scanned and gait analyzed. Then was presented with several pairs of shoes to try on. The time and patience given me was great. I highly recommend Fleet Feet Coppell.

If you want comfortable shoes that work for YOUR feet, this is the place to go. It is amazing what difference the right shoes can make for any physical activity! And it’s not just for runners. I’m not sure I could run even to save myself from I don’t know, a bear?! I’ve got shoes from here for fitness dance and walking. They check your feet measurements, gait, and arch and what not and recommend the right shoes. It doesn’t seem like they are trying to sell you anything. Better to buy the right shoe than to find a ‘sale’ you will never wear.

This is not going to be a good review. Today is my niece’s birthday, and I wanted her to have a pair of Hokas. She has never had a pair before, and I wanted to wait until her feet grew a little because they are expensive shoes. Today was quite the disappointment. I went to Fleet Feet in Coppell, Texas with both my niece and my 3 year old nephew. While I was grabbing socks, my nephew walked briefly to the area where people measure their feet because he saw a little girl about his age playing there. The sales associate, an older man named Brad, told me to “come and get this” in a frustrated, irritated, and condescending tone, making it clear that he felt my nephew was in the way. When I asked another employee after I walked out what his name was, she said, “He was only telling you to come and get your child,” completely missing the problem. Nobody apologized for his tone or the way he embarrassed me. It was offensive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional, and the staff overall felt like a bunch of snobs. I will not be returning there again. If you are looking for a snobby experience and want to be treated as if your money does not matter, go to Fleet Feet in Coppell and ask for Mr. Brad. He will be sure to make you feel very, very unwelcome. This ruined my niece’s birthday experience, and I will not be returning.

This location is great. I was assisted by Aja and she was amazing. I’m a sucker for good customer service and they also have a great selection of shoes. 10/10 recommend!
