Ima disabled retired veteran this place took advantage of me the expensive orange door insurance does everything in its power not to pay claims and make it very difficult to file a claim don't do itmy property froze and was full of vermin roaches!

Beware of Secure Storage in Coppell! After placing a deposit online and speaking with the manager to confirm, they refused to honor their advertised special offer upon my arrival. This bait-and-switch tactic wasted my time and violated my trust. I'm filing a BBB complaint and warning others to avoid this deceptive facility. Consider renting from a more reputable company.

Not the Best CPA and staff in TX anymore.Previous managers Kenneth, Joshua, Lorenzo were the best until the new manager came in 2023.Previously I was received reminders if I missed the due date before the late payment fee applied. Now I received a notice that the late fee was applied on a third day after that. The same day I received a call from the manager. It was Saturday close to the end of the business day. Sunday they are closed. She asked me to make a payment. And we agreed that I have enough time to make a payment any other day before the second late payment applied. She didn't warned me that she is going to limit my gate access and screw my lock at the storage unit so I would not be able to get in to my storage till at least Monday.This is a shame Securlock. Hiring such persons and loosing best managers in the past 2-3 years.Can not recommend this location anymore. I'm sorry.

They are always friendly and willing to help here. The units are kept clean and I’ve always felt safe throughout the property. This is my first storage rental experience, so I can’t compare it to any other (I can say it’s better than my experience with PODS!), but I would recommend this business for your storage needs.

Securlock Storage at Coppell has a great facility with an Awesome Staff!!! They handle each transaction with excellence!!!The Manager Kenneth went above and beyond to help me throughout me renting my storage unit. He truly cares about his customers. If you are looking for a place to store your valuables, look no further.

Joshua was extremely helpful in choosing a unit that was the right fit for us. He was very kind and made our experience so easy. The unit is very nice and the grounds are very well maintained. Overall, we’ve had a great experience here.
