I've been to a lot of stores and I got to tell you that Zack at the Coppell location is awesome. He is super courteous, helpful, and efficient. I only go to this store because of him.

Very friendly staff. My order was ready for pickup on arrival and I was in and out in a moment. The Coppell store is conveniently located and of course I love the quality of the Emerald paints.

I saw many negative reviews but despite of it I wanted to try this store out. I walked in and Council ( person at the store) helped me and explained anything I wanted to know. I later met Rob, he is the store manager. He may not appear friendly but that’s a perception. He is super duper nice, seen busy as they are short staffed. Rob is a very good manager . Super helpful and truly friendly. He would go beyond means to help you. I would only go to this store for my paint needs and highly recommended it to anyone.
