Got order wrong during lunch, drive thru, already at jobsite before realized,so just thew away. And the fries were overcooked, wrinkle fries,, guess trying to be different than other Sonics,, just get regular fries. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

3/9/24It's official, Sonic has lost my business. I used to love Sonic blasts, but after visiting three different locations, it has become apparent that the reduction in ingredients must be a corporate directive and not location specific. It is ridiculous. The last couple of blasts that I got literally had nothing mixed in. It was a cup of ice cream and a small amount of the add-ins on top. I kept expecting to run into the layer of add0ins at the bottom that just didn't get mixed in, but no, there was nothing. It was literally a cup of plain ice cream. Three times in a row at three different locations. The prices have gone up for nothing but plain ice cream. I am done trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since it is obvious that it is company wide. I will be taking my orders to Culver's where the Concretes still come full of add-ins.

Bad customer service, don’t know how to take orders, they completed my order and hang up on me and I was not even done with my order. I called again and the person was literally screaming. Not coming here again.

OMG this is so disgusting Tater Tot was so rockhard I got a double meat bacon cheeseburger. The meat was crazy dry and nasty The lettuce was brown and old not coming back.

Worst Sonic in the DFW. I work in the area so I've been here & tried different things on the menu to make sure I wasn't trippin. Today I ordered medium chili cheese fries and got a boat of fries instead. I wish I could upload a pic cause it's sad!! I just went next door to Smoothie King, NEVER AGAIN will I order from this

All I ordered 3 Rt. 44 Diet Cherry Limeades. All of them tasted like plain seltzer water. They are pink but no cherry flavor or sweetness at all. All 3 drinks ended up down the drain. Tried to call and suggest they change out the soda and no one answered the phone. Tried several time. Highly disappointed.

I don’t write reviews, but this made me mad… I typically don’t have any issues getting my food here. Normally it is quick and typically the staff is nice. However, DO NOT come here in the morning without making an ONLINE order. If you try to press the “red button”, a lady will pick up, (I believe she is part of management) who I have had multiple rude experiences with.They messed up my online order today and I didn’t realize until the carhop was back inside, so I pressed the red button to let them know my order was wrong. The lady repeatedly said she couldn’t hear me, giving much attitude doing so, while I was talking pretty loudly from my car window. My voice level was at a tone where the other staff members have had no trouble hearing me at. Today, she made me really mad when she talked back and said “I can’t hear you girl!”, again, with attitude, right before hanging up. When I tried to press the button again, nobody picked up.I work in the retail field, and I don’t understand how or why it is so hard to show some form of decency while taking a customers order. Is there anything in place for if the worker can’t actually hear me, or is this Sonic’s only resort to be disrespectful?
