SCAM! illegally charging my card for months. i called to cancel and they tried to authenticate by sending and email . refuses to let me cancel so i cancelled my credit card . RIP OFF ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS

Need my internet to study for a life changing college exam. I explained this over and over and over! I had 3 incompetent technicians come look at our problem, 3 different answers and 1 week later still no internet and no answers!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! NOT WORTH IT! GO VERIZON OR AT&T!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I know there are several other places with free wifi but I work later than the library is open and businesses with free wifi stay open till. Still shouldn't have to go through this much hell for something I pay for!

I have internet only (cable is a nobrainer as you have iptv, Netflix and many other options). I have connected the service 2 years ago and it was poor and unreliable pretty much since the beginning. Their infrastructure sucks and the service is ok. They try to help but they cant. I moved to Fios for 32 bucks (final) for a 100/100 connection that works much better.

I will try to describe my frustration with this company's service in words. I've had intermittent service for the last 6 weeks. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them and all they can do is a 7 day refund. The internet issues still occur!!! Seriously, my internet drops everyday. So frustrating. Come fix the problem. If you can get service from someone else, DO IT!

The worst provider ever! I've called these people 8 times with in the last 35 days and their representatives are rude and unhelpful. They kept me on the phone for at least a hour each time I called and always promised my account would be fixed. Here i am 35 days later on the phone with people who seem to have bird brains! I will never deal with them again!!

Just generally horrible service. Internet only and only had it for 11 days. In those 11 days there have been 4 complete outages, 6 different modem restarts and about 3 hrs on the phone. GO WITH A DIFFERENT ISP PROVIDER IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Time Warner is the WOREST company I have EVER had to work with by far! I have never had some much trouble to get my equipment to work, to have them come out and fix their equipment, and to pick up their equipment once I canceled my service. I rescheduled my appointment to have them pick it up 6 times now! Only because they have not shown up once for their appointments. Then because I moved they said they would not pick it up from my new residence only from the old, I am only told this after I have rescheduled 6 times already, and then was laughed at. I have never had a company so unprofessional, unorganized, and the service was terrible to top it all off. I would rather pay more for another company than deal with all this, as well as, have my bill change each month.
