Tohatsu pull start failure in less than two weeks, the rope will not retract. Now I have to send the engine in for repair as per Tohatsu. This situation will hinder my boating season. I kind of wish I went with a different brand.

Phenomenal customer service! Had a minor issue with my outboard and John really went out of his way to help us out. I’ve been happy with my Tohatsu overall… The great customer service will make me a customer for life.
