I have given this pharmacy so many chances to get it right and they continue to be incredibly mediocre. They consistently fill prescriptions late, I don’t think i’ve ever gotten my prescription the same day. Also, they go to lunch at 1 and will send you away even if you’ve been waiting in line. I understand everywhere is short staffed right now and I have tried very hard to be patient and sympathetic with this place and the people who run it but i’m so over the poor service. Switching to cvs down the street where at least I know i’ll get my prescription in a timely manner and I can even get it delivered so I don’t have to worry about planning my schedule around pharmacy staff that can’t get it together.

Terrible experience. Totally messed up the billing on my prescription using GoodRX and would not change it so left me out of pocket money. Pharmacist would not help - claimed they were too busy (even though I was the only customer there at the time.). Terrible custom service.

Always out of the 16.9 ounce Diet Pepsi bottles, they give you a rain check but they're worthless, because they never have any of the product when you come back and try to use them. Tired of them getting me into the store advertising a product that they don't have.

I like the store but the workers at bakery dpt not friendly not helpful not polite ...so I always like to get the cream Lil half cake so no body was at the front the lady was cleaning the floor by the way it was close to 8 that way the manager knows exactly who I'm talking about. any way she was cleaning the floor and I ask for help she told me I'll be there ...she took a few minutes like what kind of customer service is that if I'm in the middle of cleaning the floor I will stop and help a customer that will be the right way to do then after she come to me and I ask her about that especific cake she say look on the other shelf if is not there then we don't have it she not even come out and look ..I mean if you hate your job or you are unhappy with your job or you treat people depending on the race then get a different job where you don't have to deal with customers because it is obvious you are not good at it.

Zero or negative is more appropriate. Last Sunday the manager here took it upon themselves to override a refund I was given by customer service(800 number). When they did this I was charged twice. For something there was to be no charge to.

Finally decided to order for delivery. Coppell location send me old mushed produce. I am more then unhappy. This is supposed to be Tom Thumb! I can't come into your location and pick my own items. I am highly upset that your team have me not 1, not 2 but 6 bad items from the produce section. This shouldn't happen. Training needs to happen. They need to be trained like they are picking items for the most important person in their lives. I am talking obvious bad items. Like they were picked from the throwaway bin. Brown and smushy bananas, black wrinkled and dried up avocados and tangerines that were smushy and had green stuff growing on them. On and on and on. I am more then disappointed. I wish I could ad a video or picture here. This was my first order with y'all.

I was in this morning at 8:25 and went through self checkout. The woman who was working the self check out was rude and completely unhelpful when I accidentally typed in the wrong phone number and needed help changing it. When I asked if there was a way to fix this she just shook her head. I had to figure this out for myself. There is a way and when I mentioned this to her she proceeded to argue with me. I understand we are all going through hard times right now, but maybe be grateful having a job. Some of us don't have one right now. And for the love of God lay off the perfume. I thought I was going to pass out from the fumes. It's sad how often the service here is less than even adequate.

I understand the coronavirus is causing problems BUT trying to order online for pickup orders is ridiculous! They change the rules and the way it’s done weekly. One week everything is normal. Next week they canceled my order and lost my time and now this week we did the order as told to do it last week and now as they have decided we can’t add to the order so we have to now find ANOTHER time but also will have to pay the fee twice! The website is even worse than Kroger and that’s just sad! But they need to quit changing the way the site is handled and just let us order as usual. GOOD GRIEF!

I have nothing against the pharmacy or the pharmacist's but it is busy and there are not enough people working. I dropped off a prescription early in the morning around 10am and they said they would call me in 40 min. When I said that I had tricare they said they weren't sure if they accepted that insurance I informed them they were on the approved list. Then they said that they didn't have many tricare come in so they didn't know the process but they would find out and call me.I went home and it had been 7 hours and no call so I came back in to the pharmacy and the first person that helped me went home and the ones that are here have no clue of what the other person said they were going to do so now they are telling me it might be another hour. After waiting for 30 min they inform me they cant do it and I have to go elsewhere. And I dont know why they couldn't just have done that to begin with.

As I proceeded to walk down an aisle that an employee occupied and blocked with a cart I smiled at her with the assumption she would be courteous and move to allow me to pass....this didn't happen, she smirked and stood her ground. I had to push my way past her; she still refused to move. Then as I was checking out, I mistakenly entered my phone number as a lookup item causing an alert for assistance. She came out of nowhere and proceeded to help me as if I was an idiot and wasting her time. She huffed and puffed, and after several attempts, I was clear, and she stomped off -- horrible experience and not the first when it comes to this employee.

I've come here for years. Have never had a problem finding what I am looming for. They always have things in stock and they have some decent sales here and there. Staff is generally friendly and checking out doesnt take long. There's also a starbucks in here in case anyone wants some that's not from the starbucks 20 feet away in the same plaza

I have never ever got my medicine at the same day. This store doesn't have an even popular generic medication. I am stopping by this store twicebto get it. I changed my pharmacy now.

Flu shot here? One hour and no customers in front of me. Really! If you've any other option I urge you to take it. I have never heard so much whining and excuses for sloth anywhere. Four employees evident and one patient. With no attention or direction I muddled through a very painful and unsatisfactory experience. Once I got to the shot station the lady came in and sat down and said "Oh my, I have to go get a syringe". I really dont care where the disfunction is. After spending so much time trying to entice me to use their services and to be treated that way shows a desperate need for management change. I truly believe one star is more than generous.
