Tom thumb is always clean , prices you have to be careful , about the staff , they do their best, but at nighttime there is only one maybe two human beings, its a shame these huge corporations don’t give jobs , other stores like Winco , HEB DO HAVE staffs, I really don’t feel to come back here. NOT THE ONE PERSON STAFFS fault, this store is inhuman.

Shopping experience was good and friendly staff. convenienlty located Quest diagnostic center inside. I want to mention that while I was doing shopping I accidently dropped my envelop on the road. After searching my self I informed them about it and left the shop. Person whose name is Manu found the envelop and called me and gave me envelop. Thank you for your service.

My friend and I went to this Tom Thumb in Coppell on Sep 8th at 8pm. The older lady cashier threw my friend’s groceries. And I used self-check out to pay my grocery, a long hair male cashier (or manager ) was so rude and gave me attitude when I had problem to get my member discount!!!
Very unpleasant experience shopping at this Tom Thumb!
I gave 1 star for the services we got tonight because there is 0 option!!!
Unbelievable!!!!

I purchased cupcakes from this tom thumb store and this is the worst cup cake had in my life. How come i make this much bad. Had to throw the whole pack.

An older lady cashier/manager is incredibly rude and loves to throw my groceries which resulted in eggs and bread messed up. She even cinched the bread down in a bag to squish it on purpose. She needs some teaching about customer service. this is multiple instances of incredibly foul and rude service by this one individual

Always a great visit, even though the whole having only one cashier at 430pm who also manages the self check out lane is not ideal. But still love the staff and the store

I have been sitting in the parking lot for grocery pickup for 30 minutes. I am the only customer waiting to pickup. I got a text 10 minutes ago saying my order had been picked up and it still hasn’t been brought out. It’s only a helpful service if it actually saves time.
Edited to add: when the order was finally delivered i got home to find that two items, one of which was part of our planned dinner, were missing. Unbelievable.
