Horrible customer service and English is a second language to all the staff. I avoid this location at all costs

I was talking all day and no one answered, I left my phone number so they could call me back and nothing, the service was terrible, I don't recommend it at all, very bad, that's why I'm leaving just one star

Not one single positive review. And I fully and strongly believe that there will never be one. I've seen this comment many times on here, and it's absolutely true, it is completely impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there, ever. Every once in awhile, it gives you an option to leave a message. I've been trying to return a phone call from a certain individual there for a week now. I leave messages, and she did call me back one time. But both calls were very early in the morning. When I'm showering and getting ready for work. But when you miss that call, you are then out of luck. No way to contact them back. I've had extreme issues getting very important mail for over a month now after a move , and have paid an additional 70.00 to get my mail forwarded for an extended time. But still, no forwarding. Nobody at the local post office, the Coppell office, or even the national number, shows even the slightest level of concern. And they actually get upset when you even try to talk to them. The fact that they work for us, and get paid by us, seems to have been completely lost to them. Such a low pressure job, with no chance of being fired, and lifetime pensions and benefits. And they act like it's the worst job in the world. Maybe let's try giving some of these immigrants their jobs. Maybe that would resolve two issues at once. I'm willing to bet that people who aren't used to being so entitled, might actually appreciate the job and actually put some effort into it. The overall attitude at the postal service is obviously quite toxic. Something radical needs to be done to shake things up a bit. Get those people to actually start taking their jobs seriously for once.

So the items in the photo are mothers day cards...GREETING. CARDS. They were shipped from where I dropped them off in Garland all the way to the return address in the Colony with the message in the picture. Rigid? Nonrectangular? Not uniformly thick? Tf out of here, USPS. What a freakin racket. Oh but they had the right amount of postage to send them 32 miles in one direction to the post office that denied them, then another 18 miles in the opposite direction to the return address. Unbelievable!!!!

I have tried to call the Coppell Post Offices over 3 dozen times in the last 3 months. Neither location has EVER answered their phones. Not once!!

Why do I have to give any stars? The USPS is the perfect gd example of government inefficiency and ineptitude. Isn’t it wonderful they'll hire literally anyone that isn't white while having a customer satisfaction ratio of the mirror image of their hiring practices? Population is about 70% white, while their satisfaction rate is hovering around 30%. I moved in February '23. At which time I submitted a change of address. About 2-3 weeks later I said to myself "hum, I'm not getting any forwarded mail." So I assume it just might have been behind. I went to my old post office about a month later and I'm told, "we do not have a change of address for you". So, great. I submit a 2nd change of address and ask that my old address have a hold put on it and I will pick up at the po until the change takes effect. In the meantime, I track down the mail carrier to my old address just to tell her no mail with my last name should ever be delivered to the old address again. A couple or few weeks pass and I notice a few pieces of forwarded mail. I think "great, it finally worked ". Then a couple weeks pass and I learn some relatives I didn't give the new address to sent graduation gifts via usps to the old address for my daughter's graduation. The Post Office claims ignorance, but I opened a case/complaint weeks prior and they simply never followed up. I'd love a job that has absolutely no oversight and provides a pension into perpetuity. The American taxpayer has been robbed and will continue to be robbed for as long as the usps exists.

Where’s the zero stars option? I’ve had a certified mail sent to me that left this place on the 19th and it still says it’s in transit. It should not take almost a week and half to get from here to my location which is about 45 minutes away.

USPS is the worst. Sent important documents Certified Mail. Scanned in at this location. Been stuck at this location for over a week. Spoke with someone at this location but couldn't tell me what happened to my mail.

This place is an absolute headache. Id give negative stars if possible. Like the other reviews say, if your mail goes here, its gone. This place needs to be investigated. I mailed a check, first class, for the final balance on my auto loan with a 10 day payoff amount. It was going from Ft Worth to Dallas. Has been stuck in this Coppell venter for 22 days now. Well past the 10 day payoff and my loan continues to gain interest as this check is stuck here. Someone keeps updating the tracking but it never leaves this location.

I dont even have an issue with any packages... just sorting out an adress and they keep me on hold to send me to voicemail. Why? What did i do? I am just merely changing an adress and can not help but feel i am being punished for it. Its 3:30 and and they close at 4:30, do i need to call earlier? Why does everyone else have to be responsible in their job but this location is aloud to bluntly ignore people. I am at a loss that goverment workers don't give a dip about their neighbors. Why?

USPS is the absolute worst delivery service on the face of the planet. Amazon can have something on my doorstep in 12 hours. USPS can't get it here in 12 days, 5 of those 12 being past delivery date. Pitiful.
