Sales rep failure to adhere to customers desires ruins experience and gift.I went in with my wife so she could buy herself a present, a new Apple Watch Ultra2, with her first salary bonus. Salesmen was told we would be paying full price. Clearly stated we were not interested in a payment agreement, and we would be trading in her current watch at the same time. We swiped our card, signed for the receipt and went home to set it up. Upon looking at our Verizon account to download our receipt, I find I have no receipt, I have a device payment agreement on my account fore $185 from a"authorized retailer" (not a Verizon corporate store) , and a charge for $713 on my credit card.I know what the salesmen did. He meant well, and in the long run it makes zero difference on the final costs. However, by manipulating the transaction into including a device payment agreement, he created the perception of my wife incurring another debt / installment / credit card balance. This completely ruined the shopping experience, and her excitement at finally being able to buy a present like this outright.

Not sure why or who is the store manager here . There's no structure . Employees do and say whatever they feel is clever . Put me on a waiting list then put people in front of me . If you want to keep clients you'll send a regional manager to this location and figure out why they aren't following policy .

Avoid this location at all costs. They repeatedly lied to me and tried to up-sell me without my knowledge. They wrap additional costs in by saying you are paying "taxes and fees" when really they are going to charge you for device accessories and a set up charge. They told me I had to $200+ until I finally got them to cut the crap and I walked out paying $90. Absolutely disgusting service.

Called to make an appointment for their next open appointment (scheduled for 2 pm). Let them know we would be a hurry due to a tight schedule and told no problem. Once we arrived the manager let me know “I’m sorry our appointments are worthless today as I’m the only one here” I understand short staffing, but to comment like that or not give a heads up when making a worthless appointment and not wasting my time would have been fantastic. Possibly wording a little nicer for the customer or letting me know there is no point in making appointment. Go to another Verizon store.
