This is a fantastic store. They have the typical kitchen staples, with a mix of higher end options that will give you plenty of opportunity to expand your palate. Pricing is quite reasonable, even with certain items being less expensive compared to Wal-Mart. What Wal-Mart lacks however is the diversity of items to choose from. One word of warning though. The Pharmacy there is absolutely the worst Pharmacy I've ever used. I've gone in to pick up orders where I was told they were ready, only to be told to wait 30 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later, I get told to wait an additional 15. After 15 minutes a confused pharmacist told me that half of my pickup was not available. I asked why were we called and me told to wait 45 minutes and the pharmacist looked like a deer caught in headlights. I was of course nice about it, but this is one of many stories where dealing with them is beyond less than pleasant. I wish the Pharmacy was as competently ran as the grocery store. But it isn't, and it's been months and nothing has changed which means the chaotic operations is seen as "acceptable". Come for the groceries, run from the pharmacy.

A Hilariously Embarrassing Spectacle for Mitch at Tom Thumb! Rating: If you think you've seen it all, let me tell you about the day Mitch, in a bid to win the award for the most embarrassing public appearance, entered Tom Thumb dressed as a chicken. We're talking full-on feathered suit, outrageously bright red tights, and a beak that made talking a comical challenge. Mitch looked like he'd just escaped from a zany farm-themed musical, and every eye in the store was on him. The staff at Tom Thumb couldn't hold back their amusement. It was clear they were trying their best to keep a professional demeanor, but Mitch's ridiculous getup was too much. They burst into laughter, turning an ordinary balloon purchase into a memorable event. But the pièce de résistance was when they coaxed Mitch into doing the chicken dance. There he was, amidst the aisles, wings flapping, feet shuffling, and clucking like he was leading a barnyard revolt. The sight was so absurdly embarrassing that even Mitch couldn't help but blush between his comical antics. What really impressed me, though, was how the staff handled the situation. They joined in on the fun while making sure we were taken care of. Their good-natured teasing and laughter made the experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the balloons - we found a fantastic selection, perfect for our needs. Kudos to the team at Tom Thumb for turning an awkward situation into a barrel of laughs. Mitch might have walked in feeling slightly mortified, but we all left with a story to tell and smiles on our faces. This is one shopping trip that will be talked about for a long time, and for all the right reasons. Can't wait to see what Mitch will wear next time!

I like Tom Thumb. I prefer it to Kroger. But I have had a ton of issues with their app and coupons not working. I went in last night and they had digital coupons for apples and mangos and peaches that I clipped to the app...conveniently when I was checking out, I got "Oops, we're experiencing technical difficulties" and the coupons didn't work. Probably paid $10 more than I was expecting which is not a big deal but it's not the first time it happened and it feels like they are trying to pull a scam here.

Zero or negative is more appropriate. Last Sunday the manager here took it upon themselves to override a refund I was given by customer service(800 number). When they did this I was charged twice. For something there was to be no charge to.

I was in this morning at 8:25 and went through self checkout. The woman who was working the self check out was rude and completely unhelpful when I accidentally typed in the wrong phone number and needed help changing it. When I asked if there was a way to fix this she just shook her head. I had to figure this out for myself. There is a way and when I mentioned this to her she proceeded to argue with me. I understand we are all going through hard times right now, but maybe be grateful having a job. Some of us don't have one right now. And for the love of God lay off the perfume. I thought I was going to pass out from the fumes. It's sad how often the service here is less than even adequate.

I understand the coronavirus is causing problems BUT trying to order online for pickup orders is ridiculous! They change the rules and the way it’s done weekly. One week everything is normal. Next week they canceled my order and lost my time and now this week we did the order as told to do it last week and now as they have decided we can’t add to the order so we have to now find ANOTHER time but also will have to pay the fee twice! The website is even worse than Kroger and that’s just sad! But they need to quit changing the way the site is handled and just let us order as usual. GOOD GRIEF!

As I proceeded to walk down an aisle that an employee occupied and blocked with a cart I smiled at her with the assumption she would be courteous and move to allow me to pass....this didn't happen, she smirked and stood her ground. I had to push my way past her; she still refused to move. Then as I was checking out, I mistakenly entered my phone number as a lookup item causing an alert for assistance. She came out of nowhere and proceeded to help me as if I was an idiot and wasting her time. She huffed and puffed, and after several attempts, I was clear, and she stomped off -- horrible experience and not the first when it comes to this employee.

I've come here for years. Have never had a problem finding what I am looming for. They always have things in stock and they have some decent sales here and there. Staff is generally friendly and checking out doesnt take long. There's also a starbucks in here in case anyone wants some that's not from the starbucks 20 feet away in the same plaza

Flu shot here? One hour and no customers in front of me. Really! If you've any other option I urge you to take it. I have never heard so much whining and excuses for sloth anywhere. Four employees evident and one patient. With no attention or direction I muddled through a very painful and unsatisfactory experience. Once I got to the shot station the lady came in and sat down and said "Oh my, I have to go get a syringe". I really dont care where the disfunction is. After spending so much time trying to entice me to use their services and to be treated that way shows a desperate need for management change. I truly believe one star is more than generous.
