The lids to the slurpees do not fit and had exploded on us. We thrown it away because it was a sticky mess. The lady came around to the cashier checking us out and whispered to him to charge us for the thrown out slurpee. Was very unprofessional and i believe the employee should have told me directly for a charge i did not agree on

On June 14, prior to attending a Board Meeting for City Council in my capacity as a City Board member, I made my customary stop at the local 7-11 to purchase coffee and breakfast from the grill. My curiosity piqued, I inquired of the cashier, named Cat, about the inclusion of the new egg roll item in their "3 for $3" promotion. Unfortunately, Cat's response was dismissive, accompanied by an unpleasant attitude. To avoid a repeat of an earlier incident in which I mistakenly selected items that were not included in the promotion, I politely asked for her assistance in confirming the eligibility of the items I intended to purchase. Disappointingly, she seemed ill-equipped to provide the necessary information, instead resorting to consulting her cell phone or possibly a piece of paper. Finally, with an unpleasant demeanor, Cat reluctantly suggested that the items might indeed be part of the reward promotion.When the items were rung up, the total exceeded the expected amount of $3. To my dismay, Cat continued to treat me disrespectfully, exhibiting behavior unbecoming of a service professional. She displayed an unfriendly expression, rolled her eyes, and made derogatory hand gestures as if belittling a child. I must accept responsibility if my request to be treated with respect somehow contributed to this unpleasant encounter. Cat went on to raise her voice, admonishing me for apparently perceiving the entire staff of the store as having an attitude problem, and suggesting that I refrain from patronizing the store altogether. It was disheartening to learn that my negative review of Angela, Cat's co-worker who had temporarily stepped out for a cigarette during this incident, had provoked such a reaction.It is truly disconcerting that such behavior is considered acceptable, not only in the context of a store associate-customer relationship, but also in the broader context of human interaction. I had initially vowed not to return to the store, but the commendable behavior of the majority of the employees made me reconsider. It is worth noting that I have never had any problems with Cat before; in fact, she has often refused to pay for my coffees. Nevertheless, it seems that expressing my concerns about another store employee in a review was outside the bounds of my rights and resulted in retaliation.This incident left me feeling frazzled, disgusted, and deeply embarrassed. It also disrupted the flow of other customers behind me, many of whom were expressing their own time constraints. Unfortunately, I was also late for my board meeting due to this unnecessary and avoidable situation. While my personal monthly expense of over $1000 may not significantly impact Ms. Kathy's income, I am disheartened to realize that my own hard-earned funds are being used against me. After the meeting, I spoke with several city officials who revealed that I was not alone in experiencing such problems, leading them to refrain from patronizing the store altogether.Oz

I have noticed that Angela's behavior towards me is consistently unwelcoming, unlike the way she treats other customers who come before and after me. I have observed this for some time to ensure that my impressions are accurate. She talks about me to other customers and then pretends as if nothing happened. Rather than addressing me directly, she tends to mutter under her breath.I want to emphasize that I have never had any negative interactions with her, despite being a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money in the store. I go out of my way to visit the store on my way to and from work, every single day of the week. However, Angela's attitude towards me makes me feel undervalued and disrespected.In addition to Angela's behavior, I have also noticed several operational issues in the store. For example, I have had to deal with malfunctioning machines due to a lack of maintenance, as well as items not being in stock or missing from their designated places. However, as a reasonable person, I understand that these things can happen, and I don't have any issues with them.Despite these operational challenges, I am still frustrated with Angela's attitude towards me. I don't believe I have done anything to warrant such treatment from her. I would appreciate it if the store management could address this issue, as I value the store and would like to continue shopping there.The rest of the staff is wonderful, and I appreciate their excellent customer service. However, due to Angela's consistently poor attitude, I am considering changing stores. I hope this feedback can be helpful in improving the overall experience for customers.5/14 (Mother's Day)Based on the "3 for $3" advertisement, I picked up two chicken Buffalo rollers and a cheeseburger roller from the grill. However, when I got to the register, I was charged almost $5. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the employees struggled to understand their own promotion and eventually informed me that the cheeseburger roller was not included. They were impolite and unhelpful during the interaction. Disappointed, I decided to forgo the cheeseburger roller, which was thrown away. To make up for it, I grabbed another chicken Buffalo roller from the grill. Unfortunately, the situation was made worse when the employees made fun of me, assuming that I could not hear or see them. This was the last straw, and I have decided not to patronize the store anymore due to their poor business practices.Additionally, instead of providing a resolution, the cashier averted her gaze and remarked that she could assist the next customer while I remained in front of her. There was no expression of gratitude, no attempt at rectification, no apology offered - only a complete lack of acknowledgement as she promptly showed me the door. The entire encounter is captured on camera for verification.

711 kicks it .24 hrs a day .for that alone it deserves 5 stars and this is the home of the original slurpee now found in often up to 7 different flavors including new sugar free blueberry .diabetes rejoice there is a slurpee for us .and it's delicious .

Was upset today, around 8:15 am I went to get some wings , was craving them. The past few days I’ve been buying them. Two days I was charged 10 dollars and some change. Today, my order was 15.69. They recalculated and it went down to 12.50 but never took it off. So they left it at 15.69.How did the wings go from 10 dollars to $15.69? There’s a deal which is 5 for 5. Not sure where the $5.69 came from. I could have went to wing stop if I’d be charged that much. Morning kind of ruined. ?The ladies were veryy nice though, not their fault, I think there was a mistake or glitch in the system.

I give the store itself zero stars, but corporate was great so I'm giving 2. I was kicked out of this store because I tried to defend my rights of having my service dog with me. Corporate called and apologized stating the employees shouldn't have said anything more to me after I said my dog was an SD. Hopefully better training will be implemented.
