Ordered full over full bunk bed twice. The first time they told me it was MY mistake, second time they informed us that their website is inaccuate and the bed I wanted isn't available in full over full. Then my queen bed I ordered was scheduled for delivery today. I call at 530 to check on the status of my bed and was informed delivered. Apparently they're in the business of delivering to the wrong address and giving beds which is great except now still our bed and are still out the initial payment for both sets of bunk beds with nor resolution except to out it off on the next person. Store says call customer service. Customer service says store has to handle it. If you legitimately NEED furniture, try Buddy's, they have not done me wrong with our purchases STAY AWAY FROM AARON'S.

Great staff , Great customer service and understanding management! Despite the disgruntled entitled customers whining underneath because they did not get their way ! Andrea commits her life to her profession and shows amazing customer service under any circumstance! The accounts team does an excellent job in being patient with the same whinny disgruntled customers they sadly encounter, and are always just a phone call away! The Parts Techs do there best in being on time and efficient constantly battling corporate policy that really just gets in the way of doing their jobs ! 10/10 !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Your response to my review just shows how much you do not care about your employees… I’m not a customer I’m a former sales manager .. point proven (past store level ) . Sad terrible policy , blowing up peoples phones like it 1997 for sales calls because y’all are so desperate for numbers . Not even taking the time to research my name and the fact that I just left like 3 days ago … I do not even have to say anything else to corporate level Aaron’s .

Furniture is nice and price is too, I just think the hiring process/career area isn't worth working, and the management is pretty unprofessional and irresponsible, they had me show up to a 830 interview and wasn't even there after waiting for a whole hour, called back to see what was going on I was told I'd get a call back and then again, very unprofessional of the management, I got no call back, just weird, buy there, maybe. but I wouldn't try working there

If I could give the cove location a zero I would. Have scheduled a pick up 3 times now because they have no showed every time. This will now be the fourth time rescheduling because they have an incompetent team. On top of calling to follow up and they couldn’t get a hold of the “driver”. Customer service sucks. I’ve had better service at other locations and am really disappointed in this one.

I recently purchased a "new" fridge from Aarons. I was called, before delivery, of them informorming me that there was a scratch on a door and that they would give me a discount. It arrived with cratches and dents on all 3 doors and both sides. I just moved on because I had a fridge that worked. Nope. About 2 weeks after it arrived the fridge stopped cooling and alarm was sounding every minute. I called to schedule a technician to come over. They did not arrive on the scheduled date and time so I called the store. They explained they would be coming but just arrive late. After 9 pm I called into work and lost my pay for the day to have them never come. I called back and scheduled a new appointment for a technician and was told it won't be until next week so a total of 14 days from when I told them it was not working to when the new appointment is. I am now paying for a fridge and have to get a cooler and ice for my food.

Don't get anything from here. They decided to charge my card literally 3 weeks early on the 23rd of the month before my payment was even do (my payments are due on the 15th of each month). So I got charged TWICE in one month one shortly after another. But when I called to get it resolved they told me that they can't do anything for me even though they decided it was ok to charge my card literally 3 weeks WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Then started wondering why I got upset hmm maybe because you guys are literally scamming me. Don't expect to get anymore money from me because I'm done with this place.

My first lease I was very pleased with Aaron’s, but after I decided to do a second lease I’ve found that the Copperas Cove Aaron’s is probably not the way to go. I was never called to set up my delivery, per the website, so I called the store myself several days later. It was supposed to be 2-3 day delivery. When I spoke to the store associate, she was almost dismissive and basically said they didn’t have anything until after 3pm on a Monday, granted this was Tuesday and the lease was signed online Sunday, so I expect some delay. This was a perfect time though, as I was coming off a 48hr shift and I’d be home just after noon. Apparently, they decided to show up before 3pm and then just left a door note with absolutely nothing on it. No phone call. No attempt to contact me at all. I call the store and they make it quite obvious, by saying my name over and over (most likely to someone in the store), that they are annoyed and so she reschedules me for the next day AFTER 3pm again. Just save you some time and lack of customer service and use the Killeen or Waco stores. I wouldn’t recommend Copperas Cove.

I will never do business with Arron's again because of this store! I never set up my card for easy pay and because I was late on a payment they took it upon themselves to take not only this months payment off a card which no permission was given but also next months payment as well. Next months payment is not even due! I was lied to to my face aswell by a staff member in regards to an early pay off same as cash. Was told one number upon signing contract went back a few weeks later to pay a big payment and after paying was told the number was $300 higher and I couldn't get the money back that I just paid. Terrible store!!
