We arrived at the Copperas Cove Action Pawn shortly after 6:45 PM, and the doors were already locked even though the store closes at 7:00 PM. Regardless of how many minutes before closing, customers should not be turned away early—especially those coming to make a payment. This isn’t acceptable customer service, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time this has happened.

First, Google is incorrect, they open at 10, not at 9. When you are here early because of that, they treat you like you're rude for showing up, or they act like you don't exist.
You never know what kind of service you will get. One day it's great professionalism, the next they're incredibly rude. I will go 2 blocks away where I'm treated well all the time.

I went in and tried sell my necklace they said they would give me 1000$ I said ok and they said they don't have the money! Wow what a complete waste of time this place is a joke I'm telling you take your business elsewhere before considering these people btw the necklace was worth 2500$

I have been a customer of this particular location for about 3 years. The previous staff was amazing, so friendly and easy to work with. This past month there is a completely new staff and the custom service is horrendous. I will not be returning.

Web page shows9:00 -7:00.Got there at 5:33.Rolling steel security door,(We do their door services,Killeen Overhead Doors),closed, locked and everyone gone.?It IS a business owners right to close early if they so choose, at any given to.e on any day.??♂️But it is a bit disappointing to the customer thinking,"1_1/2 hrs. til close..No problem.,"???!
