I had a very non-standard issue where I needed to transition from personal to business account while creating multiple numbers all while dealing with an insurance claim on one phone that was broken. Soha Khan (please excuse my spelling error on the text survey it autocorrected on me as I hit send), was incredible. She patiently heard the goals I was trying to achieve, explained all the options I could go with and in the end I left with everything set up and ready to go. I wouldn’t have even bothered coming into a store if it was a normal type of problem handled easily online, but this was not one of those things and Sohal was critical to achieving everything I needed. The whole staff should also get a mention as several others weighed in at times and frankly, top shelf, all around.

Very disappointed at service provided. Rep didnt seem kmowledgeable or interested abouy my issue. Needed to have account reviewed/modified due to death in family. Rep had "ho hum" additude, went in back for a few minutes and then came back out front. He offered no solutions to my problem outside of pay off the phone
He did say "condolences" as i walked out thr store. I gave up Verizon for this?? Would give zero stars if possible.

I went in to this location 5.30.24 around 4 pm. There were 2 groups currently being helped when I arrived. 2 ladies were with one rep, and 1 lady was with the other rep. They signed me in, and I patiently waited and shopped in the store for close to one hour. Another customer walked in, and one of the reps told him they had another rep coming back from lunch soon. Within about 2 minutes, a 3rd rep arrived from his lunch, and fist bumped the customer that had just walked in, and completely ignored me and starting working with him. Congratulations. You lost a sale for your complete disregard for customer service. I promptly left and purchased a new phone at Target where I was politely helped. Hope that lost big sale was worth helping ya boy out. Will be looking for new provider because this seems to be the norm at ATT stores.

I would like to begin this review with: MALLORY is a 5 STAR person & employee/manager and got our account fixed up and squared away and is very kind, nice, and understanding. The remainder of this review does not apply to her, she is AMAZING.
We swapped from T-Mobile to ATT two months ago due to them having the best service in the area (this has been true in our experience so far). The transaction with the original employees were okay, they were nice enough and I trusted that everything would be fine. When I set up the ATT app I quickly discovered there was quite a bit of info entered wrong on our account, no biggie for me as that’s an easy fix for me to do. Later on I bring my trade in phone to the ATT store after doing the data transfer and hard reset of the old phone at home. They had a promo going for up to 1000 off the new iPhone pros at time of signing. My iPhone 13 Pro was cracked but ended up being valued at 700 (due to the promo) and was told I had 30 days to bring it back. When I brought it in, a different employee told me that it would actually be 100 dollars. I tried explaining to him that when I started the contract it was 700 and I’ve already done the paperwork stating 700. He was very adamant that I was incorrect and ATT was only going to give me 100. I just decided to take the loss and go on about my day and turned the phone in.
Anyways, flash forward to today my husband swung into the store while he was in the area, so he could take care of something else and ask some questions. Mallory pulled up our account and answered my husband questions quickly & efficiently and took a look into our account. She was able to help us get the original trade in value I was quoted at time of signing and squared our account away. Before today I was planning on jumping ship from ATT ASAP, but now I feel much more confident and secure in my service & account and will be remaining an ATT customer for the foreseeable future. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Mallory!!!

For Mother’s Day I upgraded mine and my mother’s phones, and was given amazing support from Brandon. He was very helpful and patient while my mom and I figured out what we wanted. It was the best service I’ve ever received from any AT&T store/employee I’ve ever interacted with. Thank you, Brandon!

Been using att for years. Upgraded, they offered 1,000 credit and reneged the instant I signed. They inspected the phone prior to signing and then "discovered damage" that you need a magnifying glass for. Put simply, they are going to lie. General Phone service is okay, but customer representatives are petty and disorganized. Took an extra $200 and 30 minutes for a simple turn in bc they screwed it up so badly.

Gitta Kuhlmann, my mother passed on February 13, 2024. My father was on her AT & T cellular telephone account. Although highly satisfied with the services provided, my father and I did not use or need the same level of service that Gitta required. Predicated solely on price, we decided to switch carriers. We had to make three trips to the Copperas Cove store in order to transfer our existing telephone numbers. Each and every visit, it was Daniel Utley that ultimately assisted us in reaching a satisfactory conclusion. We initially started out with another Sales Consultant, but they were unable to help. Considering that we were leaving AT & T, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations during our visits. Daniel deserves recognition for his technical expertise, patience, helpfulness and his customer service oriented attitude. Please take the aforementioned into consideration during his next performance evaluation.

If you are being stationed at Fort Cavazos do not get AT&T. Service is okay outside of the installation but it is really bad anywhere on this post. Save yourself the headache and go with another carrier. My iPhone 14 Pro last year and now my iPhone 15 Pro Max is terrible with service.

Brian was amazing and very understanding. I won’t deal with anyone else in the store but him. He made sure to go over all of our concerns and made sure we were in and out quickly so that my toddlers weren’t fussy and too crazy! A few of the other sales representatives attitudes sucked and the manager didn’t seem to know too much of what was going on honestly. The manager seemed to want to push us off onto calling in and dealing with someone over the phone vs helping in store. Overall dealing with Brian evened out. I thanked him for being patient and understanding and as helpful as he could be!
