We’ve purchased 3 items same as cash and now working on the 4th item. They’re entire team has been awesome from beginning to end! Delivery guys are very thorough and if there’s a possibility of a mess THEY clean it up as soon as they’re done with installation! Very professional and down to earth. I thought I was having and issue with my fridge at one point and my washer at a different time. Both instances they came immediately and helped me figure it out. And were very kind when they explained to me what I had overlooked lol. The store manager in Cove, Guy, is truly dedicated to his company and his customers. I have so much appreciation for him! I only have absolutely positive things to say about Buddys. I sent a friend over to them and my friend has decided to keep business with them as well. Great prices and deals, and amazing people with excellent customer service!

So this guy named guy that works there is very easy to talk to him he relates to a lot he's a understander and works with you as a person and not a $ with a smile on his face if u ever want to do rent to own hit buddy's up in copperas cove .

I am a long time customer with buddies here in copperas cove since I moved back here two years ago and and I've had a great experience when it comes to my home appliances like my washer and dryer and even my furniture with buddies and the guys that I work with on weekly, monthly and now yearly basis so far is Guy and Wendell they have been the best when it comes to showing me new items and giving me assistance and keeping me on track with my payments this is a great team
