So many negatives to say that I just say this. Your insurance lets you choose where to take your car so don't settle for this location in Copperas Cove. The work is good when they actually do it and is nationwide for warranty and thats the only positive.

This is my second time working with this particular Caliber shop. Each time, all the folks I talked to and worked with for my repair were professional, ensuring my concerns and timeline were important. The quality of the work done to my vehicle was top notch as well.

Disappointing experience from start to “finish”.
After a recent hail storm I brought my vehicle in for an estimate using USAA’s solution works and made the appointment during that visit. When the appointment date arrived caliber did not have record of it in their system and were woefully unprepared and un apologetic even though I had the physical appt card.
Flash forward to the actual work and my completion date was moved from 7/9, to 7/16, to 7/23 then ultimately 7/29 when I received a text message telling me it was complete which I followed up with a phone call to caliber. I arrive to find that my “service advisor” had quit the week before, and there was NO Management onsite to review the UNCOMPLETED tasks or to address the discrepancies on the work that was finished.
There was trash from the employees left in both the interior of my truck, the bed, and inside the center console! Was there hail damage at the bottom of my center console?!? The vehicle was filthy and covered in tape residue.
Management had the audacity to call me later that day after I reached out to my legal counsel to tell me the vehicle wasn’t completed and I took it early, and to add insult to injury they never got my name right, not once during the entire visit. I don’t mean they mispronounced it, they had the wrong name in their system.
Against my better judgement I brought the vehicle back for them to “finish”, which they did after some escalation.
I strongly encourage whoever is reading this to consider taking your business elsewhere to avoid similar headaches, and hassles.
