“I've been here a few times, and one time, I got this black residue on the hood of my car and the back of my car, and it wasn't coming off. The workers were kind enough to run me through again. The pressure of the water is just right, and I like the extra time for the dryer at the end. The residue was still there, but the young man suggested goo-gone, I believe. I went and purchased it from Autozone, used it at home, and for the most part, the smudges came off. The times I've been, haven't been too busy, and the lots are always clean, trash is always emptied. The vacuums work great, and the cover for shade is just right. I'll be back!”

“Each time I visit Mister Car wash, the employees are always so helpful and so kind. I had a billing issue at one point (no fault to the local car wash, it was a corporate billing issue), however the manager here in Cove (Marissa) took it upon herself to contact corporate and fix my billing issue, she also upgraded my wash at no charge and provided a card for a future free upgrade as well. This was an amazing experience and will always be a customer of Mister if this is the customer service I’ll receive. Thank you Marissa, thank you Cove Mister employees! You are appreciated, remember that!”

“My car was awfully dirty. Hadn't been deep cleaned in 9 years. (When we bought it) the detail shack made my car look new inside. They did a great job. Everything was pretty clean. I am very happy with it. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because my seats were soaking wet when I picked it up, and it smelled like dirty carpet. I am not sure if it smells because the seats are still wet or if my car was just that gross. It was 2 days ago, and my drivers seat is still soaking through sheets and towels. I air dried it when I got home the day it was clean. And I had to do the same the next day. Hopefully, they are dry now. I do recommend the Detail Shack.I am replying to the Detail Shack. My husband brought my car in. We definitely brought it to the Detail shack in Copperas Cove. My seats were wet for three days, and the smell finally went away today.”
