Maintenance staff work hard to fix issues like old clay water pipes promptly, which residents value. However, customer service has been inconsistent at times, with some residents feeling that calls and questions are not always answered quickly. There have been issues with water outages and repairs in the past, but recent management efforts seem to have improved the situation. Residents also comment on the community’s appearance, noting that the front entrance could be more appealing to attract respectful and proud homeowners. Overall, Cedar Grove is considered a good place to live, especially with dedicated staff like Sean and his team, who are highly appreciated for their efforts.
