This is a wonderful gym. The atmosphere is very welcoming, especially for the novice and occasional gym-goer. I usually go to the gym around the same time 2-3 times a week and the crowd that I see speak to each other like long time friends. That is encouraging because it motivates you to continue your fitness journey. The equipment is great and easy to use and they even have equipment that you don’t see at Gold’s or Crunch. Overall a great experience and I will continue to go as long as I love in the area.

Our family recently rented Studio 3 for my husband's 60th birthday party. Family from near and far commented on how spacious, clean, and accessible the space was. From day 1 of inquiring about the space, Trish was professional and accommodating. Everything she said, she did and the facility was found just like she said it would. Everything was laid out for us to turn the space into a party space. She was responsive by text and it was a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a venue that is reasonably price, professional, and accommodating, please patronize this business.

I was visiting from out of town and attended several classes with my mom, who is a very happy regular! I enjoyed them all, and each of the instructors brought their own unique energy to the classes. We attended classes led by Trish, Nicole and Tonia, and they are all fantastic instructors. I appreciated their attentiveness to each person in class and the clarity of their cues throughout.I am so impressed with this gym; it is well-equipped and provides all the variety you could want, but maybe more importantly, it felt like a safe space for all shapes, sizes, and ages, and seemed to curate an atmosphere of inclusion and support that you don't find at just any gym.My mom has recently turned 67 and I've seen marked improvements in her confidence, strength, endurance and balance since she's committed to this gym. We take backpacking trips at least once a year together, and the last one I chose was no easy feat. Lots of ups and downs, a river crossing, a literal field of boulders that tumbled down a mountainside--and she handled it all like the boss that she is.We're now heading out to hike the nearly 500 miles of the Camino Frances that stretch across the northern end of Spain, and I have no doubt that this gym and the wonderful trainers have equipped her to handle every challenge that comes our way.THANK you for what you are doing. I know that my mom is going to miss you during the several weeks we are away, but I am sure she will be thanking you for the way you have instructed and supported her along her fitness journey every step of The Way!

Sweat Cove Fitness is the gym to go to if you want a clean, relaxed workout environment. Trish and her staff ensure everyone is welcome, not just to the experienced but also those looking for a start. Don't forget their smoothies and pre and post workout shakes. The price is also the best in the Fort Cavazos area!

I found this gym when we PCS’d here and I started going because I love cycling and I was so excited to try it but what I ended up finding at this gym was SO much more! The staff is so helpful, kind, and amazing. The amenities offered at this gym are amazing as well, but the best part for me is the classes! Trish motivates you to push harder than you thought you could to get the results you want! I’m so thankful I found this place!!!

Just started attending this gym as of yesterday! So far, I am very impressed. They were very straight forward with the packaging (I got month-to- month incase my commitment level changes in the next couple of months) and they answered all my questions. I love that they had a kid zone so I can bring my son with me while I work out. I have not worked out in roughly 3 years and I am excited to get back into it! The workout yesterday kicked my butt and I am very sore but I still plan on attending another class today! Thank y'all for having a parent friendly gym!

Throughout my life I have joined most big chain gym's. My biggest struggle was and has been agaianst myself, not knowing how to use gym equipment and not wanting to make a fool of myself. They say most people make their new years resolution each year to get healty and or get in shape and recent Statista survey found 52% of Americans are hoping to exercise more in the new year. 40% of Americans surveyed wanted to lose weight. On average, only 9% of people achieve their New Year's resolution.Jan 3, 2023. I joined Sweat June 2022 and it has been the only gym I have ever consistently gone to. The staff is polite and show good adequacy they make sure to greet you. and keep the place clean. The gym has an inviting atmosphere, there are always clean towels stocked as soon as you walk in courtesy of the gym to use while you workout. The instructors are very passionate about how the teach and show alternative ways to get the same result. They try to make sure to connect with their students and understand that different things work for different people. They invite people to go and ask them question before and after classes. If someone told me two years ago I would be in a cycling classes and loving it. I would NOT of believed it. I tried the free cycling RPM class and my first time was a total fail. A sweet older women approached me after class and asked me if I was okay and gave me encouraging words. It was such a boost, this is just the type of people that seem to go to this gym they are very courteous. When I am her age I want to be just as healthy. Good motivation for me. The type of people that come here seem to lets say have good (house manners). Here are some benefits I want to share about cycling and yoga, I had a fractured tailbone and it has helped me alleviate pain without taking any more prescritions.Cycling is one of the most effective workouts for people with arthritis. “The continuous motion that's part of cycling is very helpful for arthritic joints. This means that cycling limits impact stress on weight-bearing joints, like your hips, knees, and feet. Plus, the movement helps lubricate the joints, which reduces pain and stiffnessYoga -People with various types of arthritis who practice yoga regularly can reduce joint pain, improve joint flexibility and function, and lower stress and tension to promote better sleep. Many people turn to yoga as a way to exercise gently, as well as to reduce tension and improve joint flexibility.

I’ve had a membership here for a few months with Active&Fit and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The staff and other members are extremely nice and the equipment is always clean and kept up very well. The weight room has every machine or set up I have needed and it’s all in good working order. Overall great experience.

Most the equipment I saw that broke was usually fixed within a few days. My daughter did the tumbling class and really liked it. She learned a lot from it. The kid’s club is good and my daughter never had any complaints about other kids or the staff. All the staff were very friendly to my daughter and I.

I have been coming to Sweat for a little over a year now. I love all of the staff, and my boys love the childcare. They've basically became family now. They're all so very sweet every time we go! The gym equipment is all in great condition. I love the sauna & massage chairs they have for us to use. I also love attending some of the group fitness classes. There are so many options! Trish, the owner, is very straightforward with her business and very professional. She takes pride in her gym and that's what I admire about her.
