Palma as well as the other staff there ( including the manager) are helpful, courteous and just all around good folks. Had a bag of groceries not make it home with me, and the manager went out of his way to make it right by watching the cameras, seeing the error and then covering what I lost. 5 stars!

Absolutely love this place! I can always find what Im looking for and then some, especially when I don't feel like going to the bigger stores. Customer service is always exceptional!! ??? Thanks yall!

Elizabeth is extraordinarily lazy, unintelligent, rude & immature. She wouldn't check the shelf for the correct price of an item. Refused to look at the picture I took to show her since she wouldn't go look, acted like a toddler & threw a fit. Asked for my money back & she tried to say no because she accused me of trying to scam her, with my receipt showing how much I paid all she had to do was refund my money. She also said the "big guys" don't like giving refunds. Well.. that's not my problem. Why am I paying more because you're uneducated on your prices & sales? Eventually, yes I got my money back but she over refunded me by almost $5 but wouldn't hear me out to fix the issue so I left & came back in a couple days to return the extra money. Glen the GM acted super creepy & weird, thought it was funny I was there trying to return money.. so being honest was a joke apparently. After speaking to him about the issue, while he was giggling the whole time, he proceeded to follow me & was watching me with an icky smile on his face like it was funny. I asked him several times what he was doing & he said he wanted to make sure I was ok.. I'm fine except you are creeping me out.. that was funny to him too. I have called at least 10x to the 800 number & it doesn't seem to matter. No one will return my call. DM & RM too, just ignores the issue. Smh.. so I guess that's how they run that store but eventually when the staff turns over & respectful people are placed to work perhaps this location will improve. I've never been accused of scamming someone over $5. With receipt. Never been yelled at by any employee of any store. Never witnessed an adult throw a temper fit like she did either. This was an exceptionally simple issue that could've been handled in 5 minutes but I was held up begging for my money back for over 30mins. I couldn't leave because this toddler lady threw the products on the ground behind the counter & told me to leave. Seriously so childish & immature. On her part, on Glen GM part, on DM part & the RM simply being too careless to return a call. But the bright side.. guess I made a free $5 from the dramatics. Even if I did try to return it, oh well. What disgusting people employed by Dollar General.

I did a quick run yesterday after 3PM the employee that was at the drawer greeted me with enthusiasm and professionally, as a customer service representative I really appreciate it ???? TEN STARS if I could! We need more people like us to be the main face of service! Keep the good job! There's always a good customer, and you know that. Blessings and growth to you!

I have been living in copperas cove for the last 6years this is my favorite store! Not because of the value of items here! Only because the of the staff and their kindness. As a mother of non verbal autistic child shopping can be extremely overwhelming and frustrating NOT HERE ! The staff are so kind to us, from day one I have been a regular customer i literally come everyday because my son loves this store even it’s to buy his lollipops he is well known here all the employees know his name, they greet us every time we come they have even took to using sign language and this store is just full amazingly good people who deserve the recognition and I plan on letting corporate know this store is amazing. Thank you my dollar general family

Typically there are boxes on the floor, but pretty much good for shopping for grabbing what you need without driving across town.
