Steph is a real jewel. Always friendly. The other folks are great too. Top notch store. I have been a customer of EZ Pawn going back 35 years. San Angelo, Del Rio, Odessa, midland, San Antonio, Austin, and surronding areas. And all the stores have been good cust serv. But this Copperas cove crew are the best. Love Steph!

My visit to EZPAWN in Copperas Cove, Tx. was what the retail experience is all about. Stephanie was the most pleasant person. She did the things that so often times are left out of the loop. I couldn't be more satisfied with her willingness to make sure I was a happy man when I left.
I regret to say that the only thing that wasn't up to par was the amount of stars available to compare to her ethic as a professional pawn broker. You should figure on adding at least a couple million or more so the average consumer will be able to let others know what it's like to do business at EZPAWN.
ESPEIALLY IF YOU GET LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET HELPED BY STEPHANIE.

Ryan, Steph, George all amazing kind and respectful. We went to action pawn in cove and the two ladies that work there had absolute horrible attitudes. The second something was said about pawning the black lady gave stank face and comments and then the white lady started with attitude as well so we grabbed our stuff and told the ladies that respectfully they had attitude from the start and that we take our buisness elsewhere and we had amazing service at ez pawn
