This is only a drop off/ pick up location. They don't package or print shipping labels. All drop offs must already be packaged and labeled in order for them to scan it in for FedEx to pick up.

They need a dedicated counter person there but when the lady did finally have time to help me she was great, she did try to call for help but no one came.
