Nobody here seems to understand what they are doing. If you have an issue, they have you call customer support. There's no reason for this place to be here.

The employees are great, the bank itself should be avoided. They change their minimum requirements to avoid fees in order to catch more and more customers in their "Account Maintenance" fee. It's a deplorable practice that should have died off 50 years ago. Do yourself a favor and go with a bank that doesn't charge minimum fees. Don't go with one just because they are a Texas bank. I switched to Capital One.

I absolutely love and recommend my bank. Had an issue with fraud and not only was it stopped and flagged before it was posted on my account but they worked very quickly with me to secure my funds and swiftly get into another account to ensure no fraud was continued. I recommend both this branch and the one in WalMart. This branch specifically does an amazing job of making my children very happy, which means the world to me. Hailey is an amazing manager. Thank you and have a blessed day.

When I think of a Bank words that come to mind are customer service, reliable, professional, respect, but above all honest and trustworthy. Those words all mean something beyond the definition in a Webster's dictionary. These words are what define a good business from a bad one whether its a Chuck E. Cheese or Bank of America. When a customer walks into any one of those places of business, they want to see and feel those words in there. Whether you went to drop off your life savings or went for a bite, everyone wants to leave with a smile and that good warm feeling you get in your stomach when a deal went just as you where hoping or that meal turned out better than expected. It's that feeling you get when those words are carried out to perfection. Well if you live by those words you hope or expect it when your walking into an establishment. Well Sorry to say that at FNB,FIRST NATIONAL BANK YOU WILL NOT AND I REPEAT YOU WILL NOT FIND NOR WILL YOU FEEL a single one of those words. When I say this I mean the entirety of the bank not just a single branch. They stand for nothing but them selves so please do be careful with FNB/ FIRST NATIONAL BANK. I DO NOT recommend them to anyon. I have alot more to say regarding that establishment if anyone would like to know more check in again you have my word you will read nothing but facts.
