“This is by far the best CrossFit gym I've ever been to! I've always been nervous about stepping into a CrossFit gym, but Ben, the owner, has been absolutely amazing from day one. He's incredibly supportive, always there to motivate and encourage you, no matter your fitness level. The workout plans are challenging in the best way possible, they push you to improve while still being fun and rewarding. One of the things I love most is that it's a kid-friendly gym, so you can bring your little ones with you while you work out. If you're looking for a welcoming environment, great coaching, and workouts that deliver results, I highly recommend this gym!!”

“Very welcoming community that inspires anyone to do their best and reach new potentials each time. Payments are roughly reasonable considering it’s a CrossFit gym. Flexible hours throughout the day and various coaches ranging from training to experienced in marathons, Olympic, gymnastics, and more. Kids are welcome there is a space for you child and there is a massage room with a licensed trainer to assist your needs! Come check them out your first class is free and everyday Saturday is a free community class”

“I can never say enough great things about this place, the afterschool care was amazing and I’m so sad my son no longer needs it. Michelle, Jill, Stephanie and everyone else are so sweet and caring. From ninja class to dance class, this is just such a great place for your kids to join. I especially really love The summer camps and I cannot wait till my daughter is old enough to be able to experience Gym Kix and the staff like my son did growing up.”

“This place is wonderful for the Armed Forces Community. Very well staffed with excellent childcare givers. We have used the Children’s Waiting Room and also sat in on a Little Learner’s class, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend. Shout out to Miss Dixie, Miss Cassandra, and Miss Doreen who have really helped us out!”
