“This is a wonderful gym. The atmosphere is very welcoming, especially for the novice and occasional gym-goer. I usually go to the gym around the same time 2-3 times a week and the crowd that I see speak to each other like long time friends. That is encouraging because it motivates you to continue your fitness journey. The equipment is great and easy to use and they even have equipment that you don’t see at Gold’s or Crunch. Overall a great experience and I will continue to go as long as I love in the area.”

“It’s so hard finding a good gym. I literally look for good training and good people. The very first day I was greeted by coach Ali and invited in like family. Throughout the entire workout she guided myself and another fellow newbie with proper form and technique. She never let us feel like she wasn’t there to help. At the same time she pushed us to give our best and see what our body could do. The other gym members also cheered one another on and we got through our workout sweaty and accomplished. That’s pretty much how the rest of our week went and now we just keep going and pushing one another. I also love that there’s more military spouses and mamas here just killing it in their workouts and pushing each other to leave it all on the mat. There are members here at every level and no matter the level they help each other. No one is left behind and even the last man or woman standing is cheered on. The owner and Head coach Ben is so down to earth and the voice you need when you need to push yourself through the hardest workouts. There is no excuses and nothing you can’t do which is exactly how it feels being at this gym. Literally anyone can do CrossFit here. People who think otherwise will think differently when they’re here. Love this gym so much and I’m really glad I found it.”

“This place is wonderful for the Armed Forces Community. Very well staffed with excellent childcare givers. We have used the Children’s Waiting Room and also sat in on a Little Learner’s class, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend. Shout out to Miss Dixie, Miss Cassandra, and Miss Doreen who have really helped us out!”

“I absolutely LOVE Gymkix, from the first time I walked in to tour the building and now almost a year later. My daughter looks forward to going to gymnastics& she loves the staff. Yesterday, I used their drop in child care for my son who’s 3 while Saniya was practicing & LET ME TELL YOU, Ms.Michelle did a GREAT job with my son. He felt so welcome in the room, she took the time to sit down and play with the kids in there. She was a NATURAL ! Love love love Gymkix !!”

“This Anytime is one of my favorites I’ve ever been to! Membership prices are cheap, the equipment is great (it’s got a little bit of everything), and above all else the customer service rocks! I love the people who work here. They’re here for their community, and military friendly as well. Also, it’s in a safe area, so I feel safe working out here late at night. Highly recommend this gym!”

“Damn good Gold's. When machines need servicing they actually do it. Anthony's classes (golds fit and golds burn) are great and Anthony is always great and encouraging. I moved up from Round Round and this golds is way better.”
