Gilbert was very pleasant and most helpful. Was very patient as I made up my mind on what I wanted to purchase even waiting when I left to try a different base that was not at that store. I did return and purchased from him because he was so friendly and knowledgeable!

Gabe was wonderful and did a wonderful job helping me pick out the mattress. That was not just right for my sleeping situation but also right for my budget! I had the pleasure of having Noah for my sales associate. He took the time to listen to my concerns and what I was looking for in a mattress. Long story short we determined that the mattress I have should match up to what I needed. I tried the ergo smart base and decided it would probably give me the extra support I'm looking for.

Tremaine and Gabe and two other ladies helped me with different things. 3 months after purchase my husband passed away. . One and half weeks the Temperpedic plug came undone and I couldn’t see to fix it. They were so thoughtful and came and plugged it back for me. They go over and beyond excellent customer service.

Bryan Whittemore gave me excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable. Showed me all the mattresses that I would like within my budget with all the information that I needed as well . I enjoyed how professional he handled himself and how he took care of me .

Had such a great experience! The workers had so much knowledge about the mattresses and helped me choose the best mattress for myself and my child. They were hilarious and made for a great shopping experience.

Mr. Negrete was very helpful and friendly. The company Mattress Firm raised the price 100 dollars more then 1 1/2 weeks ago. So it was not a big Sale there advertised.

Lori was the salesperson I worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful through the whole process. The service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Again I will say that this store is well worth a visit.

We came in to check out options for a new bed and we’re absolutely clueless so we’re a little nervous about being guided into something more expensive than we wanted, but Gilbert is the MAN! He asked questions about what we hoped for, needed and our budget then showed us all available options. He explained each mattresses pros/cons and literally pulled back and forth mattress after mattress for us to try. Two of which we tried multiple times! He didn’t try to up sell or add on, but did ask questions that helped us decide what else to add to our purchase. After it was all said and done, we walked out with a mattress delivery date, some pillows and a new bed frame… and, spent less than we’d originally planned! If you’re in need, go see Gilbert!!! He’s great and we’re excited to get to bed now! ?
