Every time I go in there I feel welcome. All my encounters have been pleasant. There a very informative and nice lady that works there I don’t remember her name, but she’s a short Hispanic lady with glasses. She would see me from a distance and always ask how’s business. I remember speaking to her in the past about me struggling to get my business finances in order. And she never forgot me from that one conversation. Thank you Navy Federal. And yes, my business finances has improved. ☺️

Honestly if I can give it zero Stars I would. On a payroll check after being with this bank for 10 years they decided to hold my check for over a week due to security measures. Now I have gotten four people to come to this Bank since I moved here back in 2017. Back before they were a good bank no extra charges and then next thing you know now they only want to give you 225 of your check that you deposit. This company, this Bank has become money hungry and greedy. And now are holding people's checks for ransom and not letting anybody have their money. I wholeheartedly disapprove anybody using this Bank. And you can bet the four people that I got getting the accounts there at Navy Federal, along with myself will be pulling their money from this bank to go to a new one. Don't waste your time here. Use USAA

If you're switching banks thinking that you'll get better SERVICE, you'd be mistaken.

I have had many banks over the years and Navy Federal has by far been the best I have ever had. Customer service has always been exceptional and the services I have received from them(loans etc.) have been great.

I established an account at this NFCU location in 2015 and have always received great service. It’s to the point that some of the employees who have been there since I’ve opened an account greet me by name when I walk in.There has only been one time they requested me to visit another location and that was to ensure the establishment of an IRA account for a relative was handled correctly since their employee who normally handle IRA was off and other employees were in training to provide that service.

This Financial Institution is AMAZING! My fiancé and I used to back with First National and I have no idea why we weren’t with Navy Fed before. We closed all our First National accounts and moved our money here. The people at this branch are always so informative and helpful every time we go in. Their rates are fantastic and they take great care of their members. We love it here.

Read a few bad reviews before I went in, but I didn't have any problems today. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Gabby worked with me ( she is the first on the right ) I had gotten noticeably irritated, not at them ( was my personal problem) and she was patient with me and was straight to the point and answered my questions. Told me I could call back later and check the status , but she called me and gave me the info ( could have just waited for me to call later but instead let me know as soon as she knew) I've never had any problem going in to or calling any NF

Customer service at this location was horrible especially the front desk lady named Gabby. She is not trained well, did not try to help the customer at all, did not try to seek extra help and had no interest at all to help a customer about putting the correct name on the debit card. There isnt any type of help, the only help is yourself as a client having to go through a bad time with a problem and yourself having to go to another location or calling the customer service line from Navy Federal where they do know how to do their job and help you out as a client in fixing your issues with the card. Then when I called another Navy Federal office, they told me that they could do that perfectly fine and that they could help put the correct name exactly how it supposed to be on the card. When I called the customer service line from Navy Federal they were able to help me out perfectly by both putting the correct name and mailing me the card without any hassle or issue. They also comfirmed me that the office should be able to correct my name on the card and that they dont know why they didnt do it in the first place at this location. Customer Service Line from Navy Federal submitted the complaint to the office. This location lacks training and has a horrible service.

The Hispanic woman sitting behind a desk on the right side when u walk in( past the counter) really needs a refresher training course. So does her boss. I walked in yesterday (Saturday April 9, 2022) just to deposit two checks at the NFCU in Copperas Cove. One check was for an extremely small amount, the other a more substantial amount. Both of my bank accounts are still under my maiden and previous married name...so my first name, maiden name, n then my ex-spouse's last name. I recently renewed my driver's license through the automated system but in order to change back to just my maiden name I would have to do this in person. I told the Hispanic woman all of this when she said she could not deposit the checks into my account. I provided her with my driver's license that has my maiden name (which the check was made payable to) a second type of ID which was my social security card that I had already changed back to my maiden name (again, it matches the name the check was made payable to). Yet, she still refused to help and so I asked to speak to the person in charge. Another woman much more slender with brown (shoulder length) hair came over and also stated she could not deposit the checks because my driver's license (which reads EXACTLY the same way as my NFCU bank accounts) had to have my maiden name only instead of my maiden and previous married name. I told her so let me get this straight, " I always deposit every check using the ATM outside (as a result of my work schedule) and there is NEVER an issue regardless of what last name(s) appear on my checks, but I walk in here and y'all are going out of y'alls way to not help me. I asked for my checks, driver's license, and social security card back, and asked the woman im charge who her boss was and for her to give me his contact information. She just gave me a business card with a customer service number and told me he had no direct phone number where he could be reached but said his name was Glen. I got in my vehicle and called the NFCU customer service number that I have under my contacts explained what had just happened and the representative I spoke with was very polite and resourceful. He called the NFCU in Harker Heights and let them know about the chaos I had been put through, and got back on the line with me and reassured me (after apologizing a couple of times)that I would be able to make those deposits today at the NFCU in Harker Heights. Even though I had to drive 40 minutes away from where I live when the NFCU branch closest to my home refused to help, I was very satisfied with the EXCELLENT customer service that CJ, the young man at NFCU that was the teller who assisted me. A lady named Miranda (CJ's boss) also was extremely courteous and helpful. Bottom line is: there will always be employees that go out of their way to NOT help a customer out, and then those that stand out because they do...and they do it with a smile! Stay away feom the NFCU in Copperas Cove, the two women I dealt with yesterday clearly are unhappy with their jobs. Therefore, they see customers ( whom by the way PAY their salaries)as nuisance instead of the very reason they still receive a paycheck.

It's a nice credit union for military and their families. They have their own internal credit score, that can favor you if you keep it right.
