First they took the vehicle in for repair in no time with a same day appointment. They did a great job on the repair and shout out to Cameron! he’s very communicative and kept me updated all the way through the repair. I’d definitely recommend!

My Genesis G70 was severely damaged back in May when they were repaving the highway towards Fort Hood. Nearly every part of my car had rock damage, windshield had to be replaced, several other parts had to be ordered, new paint etc. It was a big job. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, communication, and the quality of Gerber’s work. They had my car for a little over a month, again BIG job, and I got phones calls every single Tuesday and Thursday without fail with progress updates.Thank you so much for your calls and kindness. Im so sorry I can’t remember your name! But thank you. My car looks absolutely beautiful and like the day I bought her brand new. Thank you so much Gerber. I tried to use this place but they left me hanging on an estimate then called me when I left a NOT so good review after 2 days saying the email they had was wrong, so I gave them the corrected emailand was told I would have the estimate in a couple minutes and that was a couple days ago now? Here my question? these people called me when I left a not so good review but they can’t call me or text me with the estimate? Just terrible customer service in my book. No Thanks.

I am so glad I read the reviews and used this gerber collision. Without a doubt the best experience. Everyone is so great and friendly. They treat you like family. I got to work with Felipe. He was the best and always called me to give me updates on the status of the car and what they had left to work on. The receptionists were so kind and friendly and were so easy to schedule an appointment with. To the mechanics that fixed my car. Thank you so much for all the hours you put in to fix my car. It look amazing and even better than when I first bought the car! I pray I never have another accident but if I do ill always use your location! Thank you again!Services: Body & Trim

I'm not happy with this place at all.. my insurance made a stall of a week but they have had my truck since February 5th and got the call today 3/14 that it was going to the paint booth so maybe Thursday I'll get an update or maybe get my truck back.... I've been told my truck was almost done a couple times .only to have an excuse that . The tech got sick, the tech didn't repair the door or the repair failed so it had to get repaired again and go back to paint. The new tech was supposed to repair over weekend and Mondays get to paint but it's Tuesday and Wednesday it may go to paint booth.. I've never gotten contacted by the manager to explain anything... I won't recommend this place and I don't care where I have to go to. I won't come back .. we shall see how the work is. I hope they don't call me Thursday to tell me it has to go to alignment.. but it won't surprise me now...Services: Painting
