Amazing customer service. I wish I caught the ladies I spoke with, because they were both friendly. From telling me about the rates and security. Also, the follow-up call was amazing! Great phone etiquette from start to finish. I didn't end up renting but since I no longer needed a unit. But I wanted to give credit to ladies I spoke with at the property.

The place is good and clean great place if you're parking a 18 wheeler however it has taken 10 days now and still have not gotten my refund

Ordered my extra large uhaul here, was nice, timely and efficient, but very, very expensive. 2 days, 300 miles and insurance cost me $660.00. Shop around.

No problems. Can get in when I need to. The temp controlled settings are great. Only issue I’m currently having is not figuring out how to auto pay - but that’s my problem.
