Richard is the best. I forgot about my appointment and he called the next day to see if my vehicle was good. I explained what was going on and he told me to came in and he’ll check it out. I went in the next day, he told me the problem. He called to see if I was able to make a claim and I was. I thought I would have my vehicle the next day because that’s what we talked about. I was fine with that. Richard called me a few hours later, letting me know my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. He was awesome, friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable and I felt he went above and beyond. I will most definitely come back here. Thank you Richard!!!

They gave my son back his 21 challenger with one of the front bumper brackets missing. I called and asked and they said that it arrived at the shop that way. I know this to be a lie because those new brackets and bumper were just installed about 2 weeks ago, I have pics to prove it . 1 of the people I talked to said they were working on the headlight and another said that he never messed with the bumper of the car, but to get to some of the wiring you have to remove the bumper. Also they kept the car for 3 days and never able to diagnose or fix anything .

If I could give them a zero I would. Went there for transmission diagnostics they figured it out cool great never fixed it had my car for almost a week. They also said they were going to do a coolant flush. Mind you I didn't ask that but yeah sure. Get my car back as mentioned above didn't fix the main issue I get home and there is coolant spilling all over the place called to ask what they did and Bobby was being very unprofessional and using curse words. Worst place ever. I still have to go to a different place to get my transmission fixed and now my coolant.

Bobby and his crew have always been very transparent and honest with me. Took a vehicle that recently had major work done on it by another local shop, then immediately threw a check engine light on within 20 miles of driving away, went back to said shop to be told the catalytic converter need to be replaced. The truck hasn’t had one in years, it was removed for a custom exhaust. Precisions crew took a quick look to see some sensors were unplugged and that’s the code the truck was sending off. Very thankful for them and all their hard work!
