Terrible store manager, after I told her that i was missing one of the items I just bought from the bag she gave me, she said, "You didn't buy that." Even when I showed her the receipt, she was still denying that I was missing it... why do I get treated like this when all I wanted was to get the item clearly paid for and didn't get.

Left my phone at the register on accident. Came back and Asked the lady at the same register if anyone had found a phone. She said no. My boyfriend had my location and it kept saying my phone was at the front of the store. So I asked her again to please double check. She says no. I spent THREE HOURS IN ROSS looking around the store, before I was finally able to log into Find My Phone and sound the alarm and guess where my phone was? At the same girls register. Another associate who had just gotten there retrieved my phone and she wasn’t even aware that anyone’s phone was missing. So I’m pretty sure the girl was trying to steal my phone, explains why she didn’t disclose it to the associate next to her that she had found it, or mention it over the loud speaker, or call the number that I sent to my phone for it to be retrieved. And yes ik u can’t use a locked iPhone but they are still super easy to sell people will buy newer iPhones just for parts for $150-$200.
