I have been a T-Mobile subscriber since 1999, and have always been happy with with the cell and customer service. However, on Tuesday February 20th, customer service took on a new meaning, I purchased an unlocked cell phone from Amazon. The phone arrived on Tuesday but I was clueless as to how I would transfer my data between my current LG and the new LG phone. I took everything down to the T-Mobile store located on Constitution Drive and was so excited when Sale Representative Bri and Mr. Charles ( even though the phone was not purchased at the store), said they would be happy to assist me. Bri instantly started the transfer as I watched her switch back and forth between the phones and apps. We did have a small hiccup but Charles instantly discovered the issue and it was resolved. I was so relieved and grateful. They were professional, knowledgeable and are a great asset to T-Mobile.

I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and it was the easiest interaction I’ve had in a phone store to date. Bri, in the Copperas Cove location, had a warm, and welcoming smile when I walked through the door. Not only was she thorough in her explanations for the next steps, she was kind as well.

Cameron was an excellent customer service representative. He spent a lot of time making sure that everything was taken care of and to let me know about the $30 home internet deal. He is YOUR go to guy!

I walked in looked around a guy with a beard asked if I needed anything. I wanted a memory card. He FLAT OUT LIED TO MY FACE "We don't carry those" and he walked off. Ana was helping my friend. I asked her if they carried memory cards. They DO IN FACT carry them and had them in stock !!!Ana is the only employee who's worth a damn...the rest of them should all be fired !!!

Will never do business with this company again! It was month to month payments. No contract. Now they are billing me for services I did not receive. They sent me to a collection service & added ridiculous late fees. Goodbye forever T Mobile

Please don’t waste your time here . If they need to do a lot of work they will send you to call customer service when they can help you in the store. Lazy employees ,poor training and customer service . They’re always in their personal phone & get mad when you walking .Store it’s not inviting.

Ana provided me an amazing service on 07/02/2023 when she helped me secure an Iphone, it was such a speedy, informative, and warm service. So much so, that I almost cried. Three days later (07/05/2023), I encountered a billing issue, and I was not able to resolve it due to a different issue concerning my email. She immediately responded as I entered the store and with a friendly smile she quickly helped me solve my problem. Thank you Ana, you are an angel!

This took me about a month to be able to process what happened. We were there for literally 4 hours because of an issue with the system ( which we got “ swag bags” as a an apology) I can look past that but what I can’t and won’t look past is Wilber putting 39$ screen protectors on me and my husbands phone without even asking if we wanted them ( I literally thought it was free cause he just added them on) then he told us our chargers wouldn’t be compatible with the new phones we had. My iPhone 10 charger was in fact COMPATIBLE with the 14 so that’s a lie and my husbands android charger he had also worked for his new android phone, lastly he added 360 protection to both our phones without asking which is also 19.99 $ PER PHONE extra. I don’t appreciate being hustled especially when we were both extremely patient and understanding being there for 4 hours.

I came in to switch my service over to t-mobile after a series of unfortunate events. Ray and his coworkers were absolutely amazing. He made sure we got the situation taken care of and made serious efforts to help cut out any frustration I had still.They found me the best offers and deals for my situation and I am very excited about everything.I would recommend them 100% for excellent personal customer service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEI had an extremely negative experience with the service provided at this establishment. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was very rude, and her behavior was not acceptable in a customer service role. Despite my request, she declined to provide her name, which makes it challenging for me to refer to her when I contact corporate to report the incident. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.T-mobile is known for their stellar customer service. Unfortunately you lowered the bar for this employee.

Just moved to Copperas Cove, TX and needed a T Mobile Hot Spot. Zy and Ana were extremely helpful and patient with us and even set up our Hot Spot for us right there at the store! We will continue to shop there for all of our future T Mobile needs!

We received the best customer service from the manager and an associate yesterday. They were kind & helpful. We were trying to transfer our AT&T phones to t-mobile and our phones were locked. They helped us contact AT&T to work through the issues. It took a long time and they were patient and professional the entire time. They even helped us with our Apple Watches. We are saving so much money by switching to T-Mobile!
