Just rented a u haul truck and it took them 10 minutes and I was out the door. The women in the front Deandra and Brenda their amazing very professional and made sure everything was on point and made sure I got everything I needed, highly recommended.

I'm a month or so late getting this review done. Was having some work done at my house and garage and needed storage for a few days and it occurred tonmebthatbi could just rent a U-Haul truck and leave it parked at the house. I will say that the owner/operator of this place was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. She made everything go smoothly and was flexible about my dates as they were a bit complicated. This is reasonable prices and the workers are all very professional and helpful.

CLEARLY notify your customers that if they don’t show up within 5-10 minutes of the start of the reservation this location will cancel it, even if it’s not busy that day. I arrived within the hour to pick up and was told my reservation was cancelled, then the worker didn’t offer any remedy just said it was cancelled and stared at me. I had to ask if it was still available or if I could even get a rental. It appears that this location cares more about delivering their own “justice” for people arriving “late” than helping make sure customers are leaving with a product. If you want a stress free U-Haul experience show up super early or pick somewhere else. The truck was in good condition, and the drop off experience with a different person went well. With the new medians in Cove this location is only accessible going westbound.

I would not recommend u-haul for renting trucks. Came from Ft Worth, contract location was in Copperas Cove. Someone from u-haul decided to change my drop off location to another town. Refused to change back to Copperas Cove and would not give extra miles. Barely gave enough miles for move from Ft Worth to Copperas Cove. U-haul did not follow contract, broke it and then was going to charge extra if I took to location on the contract. Bad business.

Great storage for the money and 24 hr access although it is $10 extra per month it is convenient .I hit them low for pulling a 27' truck we had reserved 7 days in advance for essentially no valid reason,then offering g a 17' when we showed up which was also not available.

So something messed up with our transaction and I was pretty up set but ms Amanda. Was working diligently to fix the problem and she worked with me . By the end of the transaction I was not upset any more ! She had very good people skills
