Friend had moved down from another state and needed a storage unit. The other state offered a free unit for a month if he rented the truck. They were giving him issues about it but finally gave him the unit. He shouldn't have had so much issues he was already stressed enough from the move. U-Haul should make things easier for their customers... 3 stars for the troubles he endured. You all could do better.

I used their storage buildings. They we're clean, and easy access. Employees were easy to work with. Mine wasn't a short term rental, it was over 2 years.

The customer service was above and beyond the best. The store clerks were friendly, very helpful, and competent. They didn't try selling me unneeded stuff and even let me borrow a table blanket with out charging me. I would definitely recommend this store.
