Second time I’ve had to deal with that little boy working in there who wears that beanie cap. Today I went to drop off a package and before I could even speak he immediately tells me to scan the box using the kiosk. So now I’m mad and trying to scan and he speaking to me with my back turned saying “see the red dot scan on barcode” over and over like I don’t know what I’m doing. I turned to him and said I am scanning it’s not working. So he walks over and grabs my box to scan it like I was doing something wrong. It still wouldn’t scan so he says “my label is messed up and I need to get a new one” I looked at him and said so you want me to call Apple. He said yes they need to clean their printer and reprint it. Then I can try to bring it back. I walked out and drove to Killeen UPS on Ft. Hood street and the woman in there immediately helped me and scanned with her handheld scanner and it worked. Now maybe that’s what that young man should have tried instead of turning me away. Wasted my time and gas. What happened to customer service ? Not everyone is comfortable using that kiosk or wants to.

Unattentive and rude. UPS store has gotten bad. I dropped off Amazon return and stood in line for 5 minutes before she told to use the Amazon returns while another lady is standing behind counter doing nothing. And my credit for Amazon still hasnt shown up. Hire new people.

The ladies at this store are amazing and the one new guy. They are so professional and enjoy taking care of their customers. For some reason it seems I come to return stuff once or twice a week. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything.

I went in today to return some Amazon items and a young man who worked there was extremely helpful, he informed in a polite way about Amazon's different codes, he had a great attitude, and SUPER HELPFUL!

This store is a franchise, not a corporate location. Not only was my letter lost, but I personally lost a significant amount of time and energy dealing with this store. Essentially, they would not help me with a lost letter, but instead, the manager, Summer, gave me the run around. This resulted in me returning to the store twice. As far as I can tell, the employees here are trained to obfuscate the due process you are entitled through choosing UPS. You will be better off sending your mail priority through USPS.

The 2 young ladies that were working today were beyond helpful for me. They took their time making sure everything was packaged and taped correctly. I also had a small package I needed sent by FedEx and was heading to Killeen until one of the ladies told me I could do it at Walgreens in Cove. She even printed a label for me. 5/5 ⭐s for me.

Instead of the UPS Store, this Should be called the Rudeness store. Service requested, Returning Amazon merchandise.The employee could not be ruder, even to military town standard. Añmost loke a robot. I known automated services with more "personality" Employee should be working in the back stacking boxes. Travel little farther to Belton, there is better class of people and course better service.

I want to the store on a weekend to print stuff my email and mail something. There was a woman working alone on that day. I usually go to the store during the week with no issue and I have never seen this woman in there before. I think this woman is new to the store. She was so rude and was just talking to customer however she wants. The line was a little long and she told the customer that she need a minute away to take a break. She act like she don’t want to be there. Someone needs to teach or talk to this woman about customer service, because she doesn’t have any

Today I went to UPS . One employee working Alone line of atleast 15 people . No matter how many people she helped . When I got to front of line I made sure to tell her she was doing a good job . I asked her name . I want to give Summer a shout out . She should have never been left alone working on a Saturday . She had so much patience . And apologized for the wait more than once . She should have not been working alone . This is not good business at all . Customers were patient . But I could feel her stress . Summer stayed calm and helped everyone with a smile .

I've used the Copperas Cove UPS store many times over the last few years and I have never had a problem. Whether they were holding a package for me to pick up or sending a package out; to include a couple that they packaged for me or if I just needed some paperwork copied or a file printed off. The staff at the store have always been prompt, polite, knowledgeable and professional.

I went in today for an Amazon return. This was my second time ever having to do this. The last time I did this, one of the clerks made it so simple! She was pleasant and very helpful. Today I went in, and the clerk (Summer) was very rude and condescending. I tried explaining that I was confused as to why she was asking me for a box, when on my previous visit, I was informed that I didn't have to do such. That is where the problems started. Summer took the item from me and then told me that she would take care of it in the most rude way possible. Does she hate her job that much? I am sure she is compensated for her time, but why is she so mean to the customers? There are plenty of other options in this area.

I paid for 2nd day air. Yet my package has been sitting in Belton since 0600 am Friday Morning. It is Sunday and the status is a weather delay. The package is 20 Miles away from my home. There has been rain snow or any other weather except clear skies for the past 5 days. To say a weather delay is a lie. Its an excuse. I am done using UPS.
