I was very nervous coming in based on the reviews but the whole entire staff were very kind, helpful and understanding. They answered all my questions and assisted very well. Great customer service from this shift! Thank you to the staff for also being kind to my children as well 🙂

My grandson and I moved in with my mom to help her. We had our address changed to hers back in June 2025. The first of August, she stopped getting her mail but We were getting ours. The app even showed her mail that was being delivered. The trash in her mail box with her name on it was taken out and just had my grandson and my name on it. I took my mom to the post office and they looked into it. The mail carrier took it upon himself to send all her mail back to the senders even though she DIDN'T change her address. She has lived in the same house 22 years. He told the supervisor that he assumed she moved since 2 different names (Address changes) were made to her address. He NEVER confirmed if she moved or not. Mail carriers should NOT be allowed to make that decisionuntil a change of address comes through or returned mail is in the mailbox. The supervisor told my mom to call everyone who sent her mail and tell them to resend it. Never had this issue when we lived here 2 yrs ago.

Been waiting on my license and was following it. It showed where it was in the mail and then it vanished. I contacted the DPS and they explained through a email that it was returned back to them that I wasn't at this address. I tried to go in and get to the bottom of this but I was pretty much blown off while she pinned all the blame on the DPS. Issue is I have had this happen to me multiple times at my previous address with basic mail. I am more inclined to believe the DPS because of this. If this was a one chance i would of believed the post office but it hasn't been.

You really don’t see many 5 stars for a post office but they deserve it. They were so helpful when we had to change our address and explained their process about delivering packages and mail.

Second or third saturday when our mail was NOT delivered. Post office said they have substitutes these past few weeks on Sat. Why don't they get someone who will deliver our mail and not take it back to the Post office?? It may be something we are looking to get that is important. This post office is the worst we have ever seen or had.

I can't get my package or may mail I moved into my new house almost 2 weeks ago and was told the mail keys would change on Saturday wells it's Saturday and I still can't get my package and the keys I was given don't work

Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done. Nothing will change. Asked to have my mail held for pick up while waiting for lock to be changed. (Just moved to Copperas Cove). My mail was not held, it was delivered to the box that does not have a new lock yet. Was told it would be changed today and not politely. Next day: Still not changed, having to wait until Monday now just to figure this out. I have time sensitive mail and no way to get it!!

Packages shows delivered in mailbox, but no packages to be found. Copperas Cove USPS you’re getting good at losing my packages, 4th in 2 months.

I know some people like to heap scorn on the USPS, but I wanted to take a moment to praise this USPS location, and specifically Postmaster Roy. We had sent several packages from out of state for our grandsons birthday to be delivered on his special day, only to realize in horror that none of them were being delivered due to us being given an incorrect address. When I called the Copperas Cove USPS, not only did Roy take the time to find what packages he still had there that hadn't been returned yet-he volunteered to deliver them himself so our grandson could still have presents to unwrap! What an amazing person, and a great representation of the good things that the USPS does that maybe doesn't get the recognition it should.
Roy, THANK YOU for making our grandsons birthday an even happier one! And thank you USPS for having such a great Postmaster.

Your mail carrier will return all of your mail to sender if you leave mail for any period of time.

Finally fixed everything outside the bricks, crack in the front of the building and other issues only Post office in Copperas Cove,we actually need another Post office here especially for the size of the area and it is growing more each year.
