I give this place a three
If you want a good price on cigarettes
I can get a pack of cigarettes for five dollars and some change with the loyalty program
They have the average stock of basics convience store stock
For a small gas station
But the place is just stressful
They always rushing you
And you can't really relax when you are in in the store
The staff is not really hateful but they don't have the time to be really friendly
But I just got some beer there
I usually go there because they have cheap cigarettes
But have found cigarettes for about the same somewhere
But it's just cramped and rushed
There it's not a good place to go if you're looking for convience and ease

Always great coming in here. The store is clean and well stocked, the staff is friendly and quick, the prices are cheap (for a convenience store) and the loyalty rewards are great. Never had any issues and the staff is great, always nice and helpful

This is definitely not a good place to go if you want to be treated well. I went in and it was a very disappointing experience. Their fountain drink machine wasn’t properly dispensing the product I was trying to get. I asked them if they could change it out and waited like five minutes for them just to tell me that they didn’t have any of the product I wanted. I went ahead and just agreed to buy drinks at a higher price since they didn’t have fountain available And tried to get two monster energy drinks at the sale price posted. Despite it saying it was available for all flavors and varieties, they would not abide by their listing, and I had to switch out one of my flavors. When I tried to explain to them that their sign needed to be clarified, there was no apology. They just said I could take that up with the Coke people because the Coke people are the ones that put it there definitely ended up spending about twice as much money because of the poor product availability and refusal to abide by their post for sale prices. I definitely won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend anybody else shop there.

This gas station has the worst service. It takes 10 minutes or more for the slow blonde to wait on 3 people. She HAS to talk to EVERYONE about NOTHING.
They NEVER can take a bill larger than a $20.00 !
They NEVER have any change.
It doesn't matter what day or time I go there, the tired-slow ssa- talkative-blonde is ALWAYS there. She's slow in the mornings but in the evenings she's near comatose but still talkative.
This place NEEDS to hire probably 4-6 more people. This place also NEEDS to have change for more than a $20.00.
Don't try to get gas here if your in a hurry... your going to be late because the pumps are also slow.
I've been to all the united states with the exception of 6 of them.
In each state it's been the same: stand in line, your turn I want $20.00 on 12 and whatever you might have picked up hand over the $ or use your card, get your change if any and go, whole process takes maybe a minute at ANY OTHER gas station in Copperas Cove.
Why is this employee talking to everyone for 3 minutes?
Do you really need to say that much for each transaction?
Why what makes this station different from ALL the rest of them in the country??

It's a hit and miss with the staff. Some are super kind and professional. Others... not so much. They can be rather rude and make you feel like you shouldn't be in the store.
Gas prices are hit and miss too. And, I gave up on entering my phone number for rewards because I did it for months straight and didn't get a discount. (Ever since they tore down the old store and made the new one)

Just asked if Cove Murphy's was open now and remodel finished and the web site said open so I drove 10 miles to Murphys and they are still working on it and not open yet. Please correct your web page for Copperas Cove Murphy's.

This was a go to for me because of how close it was.Now I go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. The only 2 that provide good customer service is the young black kid and the younger white guy with a beard.Never have I been to a place where the clerk just leaves, no note nothing and makes people wait. Previously pregnant and a regular was a huge pet peeve for me and I would just leave. Not worth it
