Courteous personnel, but the tellers, excluding the supervisor, are not very efficient and need more on the job training before allowing them to go solo with working with people's money in any capacity. Example, I was withdrawing a large sum of money and the teller that was assisting yelled from across the room for confirmation, the amount I was withdrawing. Unacceptable conduct!!! Although it's very convenient for me to utilize this bank because it's never crowded, I've decided to take my business and my money to another establishment.
