Honest and trustworthy. They have helped us on numerous occasions. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell. They would show us what the problems were and give options to fix it. A couple of times when the repairs were more expensive, he did offer more temporary fixes to hold us over if we needed something to get by. He has been educational, showing us how things work and has been up front about easy diy options that we may want to do ourselves. He doesn't make assumptions or push for what benefits him...simply makes sure you know what options you have.

Great service, quick response. No bull!!!. They came out the next day and had my garage door springs installed in under an hour. They charged me what was quoted over the phone. He didn't try and upsell me with vague “complexity” explanations to justify more work or higher pricing. Understandable English speaking technician. I'll refer them to my friends.

Cannot say enough good things about the service we received today! Our technician was super friendly and so knowledgeable! Fixed a problem we'd received a $5000 estimate (full door replacement) for yesterday by rerunning a cable!. (199)

AGS is wonderful! Every time we have had emergency with our garage door breaking, they have been able to come to our house within hours to fix it. They are reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have had them out three times to fix garage door issues or replace garage door components and they’ve done an awesome job each time out. Very professional, very personable, and shockingly affordable. It is said that you get what you pay for. In this case I feel like we got more than we paid for. They have easily earned the highest rating.
