Ever see Zootopia? The one with the sloth bank teller? I'd rather have him than this lady we deal with. She's nice, but the slowest employee ever. Two people in front of me, been here 45 minutes. It's like this every single time.If they can't fill your prescription, they won't tell you. They don't call, they don't text. You just have to wait in this slow line with the slowest employee ever. Avoid at all cost.

I understand pharmacies get busy and fall behind. However, when they have sat on five very needed scripts for hours and have done nothing to fill them with 30 minutes left before they close is quite another thing. Time after time I've had issues with their staff. From selling us already expired drugs to lying about there being a nationwide shortage on a certain drug. I'm done with them. After the fiasco today, my husband is done too. Uwem has lied to my face and the pharmacy tech, Grace, needs to develope some compassion for her customers. They would get a negative star rating if one were available.

Prepare to wait an hour if you get your prescriptions filled here. You can send a prescription way in advanced and they will get it ready quick, but you still have to wait in line for an hour while they fill everyone else’s prescription as they walk up.

First of all, the pharmacist is over-worked. She is constantly running back and forth between windows, on the phone, filling prescriptions, and attempting to counsel people, which is potentially a safety issue. The counter is barricaded behind plexiglass. The pharmacist wears a mask. People consistently have a difficult time hearing or understanding her, which results in having to raise voices. She absolutely insists on counseling everyone on their medication, and in this environment that means that everyone in the area knows what the patient is taking, the side effects, and precautions. It's a violation of privacy and frequently embarrassing to the patient. Community Pharmacy is right down the road: no plexiglass, not in the middle of a busy grocery store, and you can speak in a normal tone of voice.

I have had increasingly awful experiences at this pharmacy over the last few years. Uwum (pharmacist) has been the ONLY reason I keep going. She is amazing! Unfortunately, I got yelled at by a pharmacist AND a tech today because I had the audacity to ask why I wasn't informed that I needed to call my doctor to fill out a form to get my medication. I had waited for two weeks, checked multiple times, was told it was pending. I asked if they needed me to do anything. They said they didn't. They tried calling my doctor and didn't get an answer, and that's not on them. But I just don't understand why I couldn't be notified that I needed to take steps. And I definitely didn't feel like I deserved to be ganged up on and told that they "don't have time to call customers" (actual quote). I understand that they are overworked and understaffed and I'm usually very patient with them. But I asked a simple question, didn't raise my voice, was perfectly calm, and instead got a lecture. Still don't have meds lol.

DO NOT GO HERE, I had a terrible experience here with the pharmacists. They were extremely rude to me when I just asked why my prescription wasn't updated until I had to call them first. I guess they're being overworked and taking out that stress on the customers?! I get that they're busy, but they didn't have to be rude and raise their voice at me. It was extremely rude and I am still embarrassed and hurt from it. Of course I'm going to switch pharmacies as soon as I can. So please don't waste your time here

I've used this pharmacy for years, probably since it opened, but this is the last prescription I get filled here. I'm 4th in line and that hasn't change for 10 minutes. And there are two poor saps behind me. Last time I was 3rd in line but and they spent over 15 minutes with one customer.

Prices are comparable to Whole Foods and Sprouts but the quality is below. Their in-store French bread was my favorite but I bought some today and noticed it’s a much smaller loaf and tastes like sour dough bread. I hate sour dough bread

The pharmacist on duty was chewing gum with her mouth open and talking at the same time. Seems unsanitary especially when working with peoples medication. Not cool

I have had many bad experiences with this pharmacy. What I hate the most is when they say they don’t have my dogs seizure medication, and say they will order it the same day so it will be ready the following day. I come back the following day around 5 pm, and they say they still will have to order it when I was told it would be ordered the day before. Then I go home and get a text that the medication is ready, but I’m already getting ready to leave for work. I don’t understand. Also the guy behind the counter is rude. I ran out of my heart medication because of back and forth miscommunication with this place and my doctors office, and then when I got tired of waiting 3 days for my refill I went to the counter and I told him I had not received a text to say it was ready, and wanted to know how long it should take. “Well I guess you’re just gonna have to wait.” Was his response. He was rude, and I genuinely think he hates his job.

They have good customer service if you can ever get them on the phone or in person. Maybe too short staffed but they never answer the phone and it takes forever to get help at the counter.

I switched from Walmart to Albertsons Pharmacy years ago. It was friendly and service was prompt. They've made recent changes and it's miserable: long lines, rude staff, an unfriendly Pharmacist, incompetency. It's time to switch pharmacies again.

I just waited 40 minutes for a flu shot. Left with no shot! No one in line, 3 people behind the counter. I'm sick of this pharmacy!!!

The DMV is faster. It takes them 10 to 15 minutes per person. it has happened multiple times. We will be switching.
