Worse customer service. Visited this location few times, same issues every time I go there. They don’t greet you, you go there, they don’t care that you’re waiting there or leaving. Worse experience.

One Star is a joke. This store should be in the negatives. Bought a phone here and it has been a nightmare. The clerk had problems activating the phone do she pulled another one and dud something with the Sim cards idk but in doing so gave me the wrong phone which ATT has since shut off. Going back to the store Chris at first said nothing was wrong with the sale. I had to ask several times before he would call the corporate office. So it's been determined they gave me the wrong phone. Chris got in his head that the phone on my receipt was returned in Grandbury which is not correct. Ge actually told me I would have to Drive to Grandbury 2 hours away to resolve. Ryan who sold me the phone remember me and remembered the sale. I spent two hours on the phone with ATT yesterday and it was determined that both phones where in store. I understand mistakes can be made but this store is unwill to check their inventory to maybe see if the phone on my receipt is still there. I am stuck paying for a phone that is worthless and can not be used and these incompetent employees and store owner are doing absolutely nothing to resolve e my issue. One thing I've learned is if you by instore make sure it is a Corporate store and not just a franchise store. If it's not a corporate store and you have an issue you will not get the support off ATT. To the store owner...this is not over. I intend to call every local investigative repor

Dzero syars i woukd give if it would let me. Do not use this store. I bought a phone on 4/23/24 and added a line on the account. On 5/20 my phone was shut off and blacklisted. I went back to the store on swisher and they sent me to a corporate store. This after many calls to customer support. Corporate store said the store on swisher had given me the wrong phone and they would have to fix it. Again I went back to this store and the guy chris said everything was hood I had the right phone. I had to beg him to call the corporate off which he finally did and there it was determined that they had given me the wrong phone and the serial number didn't match. The clerk that sold me the phone? (RYAN) SAID SHE REMEMBERED SELLING ME THE PHONE. THEN THEY TELL ME THEY CANT DO ANYTHING THST THE PHONE ON MY RECEIPT WAS SOLD IN Grandbury and I would have to go there. Said since the phone doesn't match the receipt that I don't have proof of purchase. I have been without a phone now since 5/20. This was a mistake on the store at swisher. I am still bring charged for the phone on my bill yet I have no phone. This store is the worst place in my 65 years that I have ever done business. Do yourself a favor and are sure when u buy an att phone that you do it from a corporate office cause these people are straight incompetent and will not take care of you even if it's there mistake. I will be filling a complaint with this store and att but in the meantime I have no phone service that I am still paying for. DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM THIS STORE YOU MAY BE RIPPED OFF.

Went into today to upgrade my daughter's phone and maybe my own too. I had to tell the EMPLOYEE what the difference was between the 3 S24 models as he/she was clueless and obviously not interested in serving us. I asked if I am about to drop $2000 on new phones could I get some screen protectors thrown in. It said "nope" and turned around and walked away. I waited a few minutes to see if it would come back and it never did.
So, we went down to the Flower Mound location and was treated with professionalism by a competent employee. They got our business and not this joke of a location. Congratulations on screwing yourselves over. I will also be filing an official complaint with corporate.

Went to resolve issues with account and activation for new phones where the apathetic staff was quick to explain they're not AT&T employees; therefore, could not help with the service purchased through the door-to-door 5G sales team. I'm bad, that's on me to mistake "authorized retailer" on the sign to mean this storefront could assist with something other than sales.
However, I received my AT&T phones through an authorized delivery service, I was billed for service by AT&T, and my bank posted payment to AT&T. I still have no access to my account or activated phones and, unfortunately, no physical individual to help me resolve the problem.
Well, at least I've been given 4 different numbers to call. Although the person in the Philippines was very helpful, she couldn't complete and recomended going into a store with my documents and phones. Ain't that a hoot!

Avoid this AT&T at all costs. I went in to make a simple purchase and port in my number from TMobile and they managed to cancel my wife's number costing me over $1,000 because they cancelled my wife's installment and initiated a payoff without being told to do so. I highly recommend visiting a corporate location as this is a authorized retail store. The manager Mason showed no empathy or care at all and tried to blame another AT&T store

Went into the store to upgrade a line on my account and the service was fast and informative. I was excited about how smooth everything went until later in the evening when I reviewed my account. The salesperson (Mason) added the NextUp service ($6 a month charge) and a monthly insurance ($17 a month charge). This was VERY upsetting as I did not sign or accept these services and it required me to spend 22 minutes on the phone removing the services and having credits applied to my account. Buyer beware!
