Went into the store to upgrade a line on my account and the service was fast and informative. I was excited about how smooth everything went until later in the evening when I reviewed my account. The salesperson (Mason) added the NextUp service ($6 a month charge) and a monthly insurance ($17 a month charge). This was VERY upsetting as I did not sign or accept these services and it required me to spend 22 minutes on the phone removing the services and having credits applied to my account. Buyer beware!

Amazing experience, I dreaded entering because my acct had issues and i had been avoiding dealing with it because the 4 previous online customer service people had not secured it and it kept getting accessed. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast. If you need something corrected, changed, or need the best deal available, and done quickly, he’s your guy, this is your store. The staff is knowledgeable and kindly accommodating with little wait time if any. Great experience!. Thank you Mason!

Today we needed to upgrade a phone because of damage to a device that got dropped, and Anna Nicole totally hooked us up! She was super friendly, helped advise us on the correct device, gave us some good pros/cons to consider, and then even suggested an AARP membership which saved us $40 a month on our plan!

I went in to upgrade to the 14 pro max from a 12 and Anna, the sales associate educated me on the difference in the iOS and suggested that I get the 15 instead. Her logic seemed more sound than just a sales pitch, so that's what I ordered. I was greeted by Anna and served immediately upon entering the store.Gotta love that, the whole transaction, from entering to exiting was less than 20 minutes. Very efficient.

When I came into at and t my phone was broke I needed a new one . Ryienn went above and beyond ! For one she was very professional for two made great connections while waiting for me to activate and connect my phone . Usually I order my phones online because the stores are too slow or packed but something told me to go in . I’m so glad I did . I was having a long day and after 24 hours of no phone she was able to get me back on track ! Thanks girl y’all make sure y’all ask for her ! Fast , service ever !!

I am shocked at my last experience of this store. I just returned from an extended stay out of the country where my sim card was not in my phone for 2 months. Upon my return I re-inserted my sim card and it refused to authenticate on the AT&T network. I rebooted/validated all the settings but no go. So, today I went to my local store to get the issue resolved. I walked in and a young lady still sitting in her chair looked up from her phone that she was looking at and asked me (no smile) "How can I help you"? I told her my story, expressed my frustration of how it was to be stranded in LA w/o phone service and she was flatly unsympathetic. She then said, sounds like a technical problem and would need a new sim card. I said, OK fine, whatever. I just need it working. She then said.. well.. I don't think I can help you because all these sim cards we have can't be given away. I never asked for a "free" sim card. I just wanted my phone fixed. I said, I don't give a damn about the cost, I just need my phone. Again, this conversation was had with her still seated. She then said... well, don't be cussin' at me... I don't want to help you. She then looked over her shoulder at her co-workers and asked.. any of you going to help him... I won't. I was shocked.... anyhow. A male co-worker came over, took my phone, replaced the sim, re-authed the sim and I was done in about 3 minutes. Here is the kicker. All the while he worked on my phone the female employee remained seated and started watching videos on her phone with the sound turned up. She was watching videos where someone was asking females about their sex lives and their sexual preferences and why they did not like men anymore. Un-believable. I can't think of a worse customer experience with ATT and I have been with them for 20+ years. I spend about 150-200 dollars each month and have done for years. Always paid my bills/etc. On a positive note, the young man there was fast/courteous and resolved the problem quickly.

Luis at this location deserves a raise, promotion, or the best of the best. He fixed my problem in less than two minutes and saved me from tons of stress and money. He also helped me while helping another customer. He is very attuned to his customers and you can tell how knowledgeable he is. I appreciate you so much Luis!! Thank you!!!

The young lady there today was sooooo helpful. She tried to help the guy who initially started helping me but unfortunately got called away by another customer. The guy (who did not solve the issue) has the customer service skills of a wet cardboard sandwich with no manners to add to the pile. I'd wait 5x as long for the lady or just leave the store if he were the only one available. The 3 stars I rated this store belong to her alone!
