“I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour).
I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. They even called when they discovered that to ensure I really needed a battery. I said yes since the battery life was 76% and the phone would not hold a charge very long.”

After experiencing no luck and terrible customer service at autozone Charles took the time understood my frustration and helped me find the correct break pads rotors and shoes. Also prevented me from buying the wrong A/C Freon “didn’t need the dye” for me to fix my a/c. I will now only go only to this O’reillys for any parts I need and will only recommend this store specifically for all my grease monkeys.”
