My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership after being told it had gone through multiple inspections and was in good working condition. Trusting those assurances, we moved forward with the purchase, working with salesman Kenny in the used car department.
Unfortunately, less than a week after purchasing the vehicle, it began experiencing multiple mechanical issues. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were promised there were no existing problems. Based on our experience, it does not appear that a thorough inspection was actually completed prior to the sale.
This has not been the experience we expected or hoped for. We are now left making payments on a vehicle that is not reliable and requires repairs almost immediately after purchase. Because of this, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location.

A year down the road from my purchases. We have had a couple of opportunities to have service done. I can report the service department is top notch.

My service advisor, Joey, was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly with my vehicle. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure all my questions were answered.
At the cashier, Jessica was just as amazing. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the checkout process quick and easy. You can really tell she cares about providing great customer service.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to the parts department—they are absolutely amazing and truly go above and beyond. Superior customer service all around!
Bill Utter Ford has earned my trust and my future business. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-tier service! If you have a diesel this is the place to take it. Ask for Lance.
