Unbelievable company, almost criminal, so I am out of the country, I am 17 days late by accident and they disconnect my service, want $100 reconnection fee, and an additional deposit which I already put down when I opened my account. They claimed they contactacted me by text ahead of the disconnection which I confirmed with TMobile was never sent to my phone. 95 degrees and they don't even give you a courtesy call that you are about to get disconnected when I have a 1 and a half baby.
Here we are again, 2024, my auto payment failed after 4 years, on Sept 5th, they sneakily sent a letter to disconnect that arrived today, Sep 16th that they are disconnecting on Sep 19th, no text again by the way. If I missed that letter I would have no service in 3 days. This company must rely on disconnect fees and additional deposit, absolutely pathetic. Don't even wait 16 days to disconnect a customer of over 6 years.

Here is the ticket number i was given. #1097653. I called and reported to Coserv that the streetlight was rusty at the bottom of the pole and was going to be a hazard. They came out and removed it and thanked me for alerting them. 1 year after they are yet to replace it. Anytime i call, they tell me the parts are being imported from overseas. Its been 1 Year !!!!

I have not had any experience with the service itself but I can review the customer service so far in my setting up a new service process.
I spoke on the phone with someone for close to an hour about how to go about starting the service. He was very detailed and was able to answer all of my questions. He also was able to tell me how to save money on electricity and so much more beyond just the service itself.
Since then, I have started the process to starting the service and used the chat feature online to ask another question. I was connected with Leo A who was also able to answer my questions very quickly and throughly.
So far my experience with CoServ has been awesome. I have no complains as far as customer service goes!
