I bought a phone cord from there that didn't work. I went up to the counter & no one was there. So I said "Hello". Andrew comes over and told me "you don't need to yell buddy". I'm not your buddy. I told him "I wasn't yelling" & asked "what am I supposed to do walk every aisle till I can find someone?" "Is there a bell to ring?" He just said "ok". I will admit I did say it loud enough for the whole store to hear it. If I would have said it in a conversational tone, how would anyone in the back hear it? It wasn't in an aggressive manner. It's all good y'all have self checkout but don't have a bad attitude if someone is calling for help at the register. I do yell "THANK YOU!" after he helped me.

Worst customer care service I have ever experienced on a continual basis especially when critical medications are involved. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another CVS. If my company didn't require us to use CVS, I would never step foot in one again especially the one in Corinth. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

First off, I went to buy a humidifier for my breathing. Found what I needed went to checkout and the clerk at the counter who was on their cell phone looked at me, looked at the self checkout lane as if to imply I should use it then reluctantly checked me out. Ok, go home and unpack my inhaler only to find it had been used! So unsanitary and surely breaks some kind of law! Just took back and was first TOLD without being asked what I needed that there was a self checkout!! Explained I will NOT use self checkout that is what you are here for and second I need to swap out because item I bought had clearly been used. Said I had to refund then repurchase. Nope, not waiting for refund to show up on my account. She did finally swap out but I will NEVER come here again. Funny thing is this was my very first visit here and will be my last!

This location is so convenient for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the pharmacy has been terrible on multiple occasions. I have waited in the drive through line for 15-20 minutes to have the window gate closed in my face while the pharmacy tech looked right at me and said nothing. This was 10 minutes prior to their closing time. When I parked and went inside, 3 pharmacy employees were all walking out. This was more than 5 minutes before they close.While I understand a need to have boundaries supporting closing on time, there has to be a reasonable effort to provide customer service as well. I arrived 25 minutes before closing and didn’t even merit a conversation. I was just blatantly disregarded. CVS, in fact, does NOT care. How disappointing.

I went in today to do a couple transactions to use my ExtraBucks. First transaction no problem, when I went to the front to do the spend 20 get 5 on scott, the older lady said she could take care of me which I politely refused and went to SCO. Which she then raised her voice at me and told me to go to her. I then again, told her no thank you, considering that she just raised her voice. I used my extra bucks and scanned (1) .50 cent coupon for the paper towels and it called her over and she told me they are not accepting printable coupons anymore(I just printed it out today). So when I finished my transaction I went go back to get a couple more things to finish the rest of my extrabucks and she YELLED at me that I had to go put my things back in my car and that I couldn’t be around the store with things I just bought. All while she was checking out other people. At this point, I just went back and placed the other things I was going to get and left. Never had q cashier tell me they don’t take printables anymore or that I had to take my things back in my car. I hope she doesn’t treat anyone like this again.

DISGUSTING!! I should note first of all, they only have one and a half star review before I even post this. I went into the ladies room and it was beyond nasty. I mean feminine issue nasty. I went and told the pharmacy and the pharmacist said somebody just made me aware, I'll call the manager. I heard her page the manager. And I heard her page the manager again. So as I'm walking up to the front of the store and I see a guy scanning products. I asked him if he was the manager, and he said yes he was. I told him you're being paged. He kind of shrugged and looked at me like, well? I told him the ladies room was in dire need of attention and that it was unusable. He said, " Well, I'm the only one here, so nothing I can do about it." Wow, how about go lock the door at least, if you're going to leave stuff like that out for people to walk in and see! I did not shop here and will go to Walgreens down the street! Keep in mind the photos I posted were the only ones that were actually clean enough to be posted on a site.

It’s tough to work at a pharmacy, but I’ve enjoyed my experiences at this CVS for the last year I’ve been a customer. Very friendly staff, and never had a bad experience. Thank you for being so friendly!

3 people in the back in pharmacy… Yet I’ve been unable to get ahold of anyone regarding my prescription. I’ve been trying for over an hour trying to get into contact with someone. You will not be deemed a priority and customer service is not their concern. I’ve called 13 times and no answer. It doesn’t take much to answer the phone. They are handling prescriptions but don’t find it important to let clients know the status. Expect to be completely disregarded in an unpleasant exchange. If you need your medication GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Do not go to this pharmacy. You cannot reach anybody by phone as they have it forwarded to voicemail. This is not appropriate business practice especially for someone who is on the kind of medications I am on.

I have tried to get through , not only to the pharmacy, but with no luck , to the manager either. My friends have told me that CVS is the worst. So I'll be moving my prescription.

The female pharmacist was incredibly rude and unhelpful in regards to finding the medication I need. Would not recommend here or speaking with her, they don’t care about customers at all.

Transferred my scripts to this location after moving and it was clearly a huge mistake! No return call after leaving a message a week ago, closes for lunch? When did that happen? Rude staff and scripts were put on hold more than once without anyone calling me. Always ask to have all scripts filled at the same time so I don't have to make multiple trips and they can't even make that happen even when they're all up for refill at the same time. Don't event get me started about why they had issues filling my T2 diabetes injection and H‑E‑B didn't. I'm done.

Chris is awesome. My item didn't ring up on sale as it was supposed to, he came and checked the price and fixed it on the self checkout for me. A1 employee right there. Thanks Chris, you the frickin GOAT
