Tevin at the counter was extremely helpful. The location was out of cars due to the reservations team overbooking his location. He presented options and helped me get into a car as quickly as possible.

Amazing customer service by Nicholas J. Guerrero. We needed a last minute rental (7 seater) and he got us in a Pacifica right away. No hassle, quick to the finish line and we were out the door within 15-30 minutes! The vehicle worked great, experienced no issues and we were able to comfortable travel around. I had called 4 other rental places and none had anything available and this location had exactly what I needed when I needed it. This will now be my go to location if I ever need a rental (let alone last minute).When dropping the vehicle off Johnny/John I believe was his name was also quick, to the point and didn’t keep me waiting. Explained what would happen for final payment wise and I was out the door with the vehicle dropped off within 5 minutes. This is the service I thoroughly love and respect and wish more places were like this. Thank you all.

I had to drop off the vehicle at a different location due to some unforeseen situations. When I dropped off the vehicle, they could not give me a clear answer on the one way drop off fee and said it’s probably $150. When I finally got the invoice 2 days later, they charged me $250. The person who answered my phone call was extremely rude and kept telling me that I broke the contract (so basically they get to charge whatever amount they want???) if the one way drop off fee has been clearly communicated when I asked at the drop off location, I would have a chance to decide what to do based on the cost. It’s an overall terrible experience with Enterprise and this location.

Enterprise - Corinth, TX - The Worst Customer Service! The Worst Rental Experience! The Worst Assistant Manager! Reports False Damage Claims due to their clerical and new employee mistakes! We rented a White 2021 Tiguan (Michigan license plates EQH 9999) on July 14 2023 from this location. The rental agreement that was emailed after we received the car was filled with errors. The vehicle had several dings, dents, scratches, a non functioning seat belt in the middle of the back seat, etc. I noticed some on the doors the same day and wrote to make sure they had record of them. Pickings were slim on July 14, but we chose this vehicle for our pre-planned trip to Colorado to see family. My personal vehicle was recently totaled by a local police officer who caused that collision. It was not mentioned to us when checking out the rental car that the roof and hood had existing hail damage as well as all the other damages that were supposedly documented. Obviously overlooked at the time by a new employee that was in training. In fact no major pre existing damage details were at all mentioned. I walked the car with a employee representative (that I now know as of today 8/5/2023 was a inexperienced trainee when she was given the task of reviewing the car prior to us renting). I even pointed to her some things I questioned about the body of the car while they had doors open and were drying the seats from the car wash area just done at my request. She assured me she had noted all damage and wasn't concerned about the size of what I was pointing out to her. She even showed me a reference of what size dings they are concerned about on her IPAD. I also noted the rental contract in my email that was sent from her after checking out the car which had the wrong color of the car, wrong return date, and even the license plate of the car. I advised the store trainee representative of the incorrect clerical work on this vehicle rental contract as well as some other door dings with photos. Basically the wrong Tiguan. Hence continued confusion. This store upon my husband returning the car on July 29, 2023 did not tell us at the time, but placed a damage claim for hail damage while it was in our possession. When checking the car in my husband asked the girl inspecting the vehicle if there were concerns and she said, "no". But yet they turned around and filed a damage claim for hail damage without our knowledge. They discussed with my husband as he returned the car about other cars we had rented during this same time period which we now know was caused by the sloppy computer work on their end from the beginning. I highly advise not to use this Enterprise location. They are low staffed, not trained well, they don't answer their phones, the assistant store manager at this location wasn't helpful and he even suggested to us that we SHOULD have taken pictures of the hail damage of the car prior to renting it? In other words do their job for them??? They have inexperienced employees doing poor jobs and property damage claims are being reported that are false. We were long time Enterprise renters but never again. We had no choice but to use Enterprise this time as it was the only choice we were given to use by the City of Corinth's vehicle insurer. Something isn't right with this Enterprise Location! Customers Beware. We have filed a complaint with the Escalation Department with Enterprise.

Truly a terrible rental experience this morning. My personal car was in a minor accident and was in the shop across the street. The insurance set up the appointment and the rental, and I called to confirm with Enterprise. Then, I learned they didn't have a vehicle for me so I had to miss a second morning of work and reschedule the repair for the next day. Again, Enterprise wasn't there and said I'd have to pay for a higher level of vehicle although my insurance had already approved the vehicle size. After explaining the situation to the front workers (both very kind), the manager came out and was absolutely unkind and mean, and didn't seem to care that I had done everything I should as a customer. I DO NOT recommend renting from this location. I would drive to Dallas or Fort Worth to save this experience. What's more-- I've been a loyal Enterprise customer in the past-- but they have lost my business for the future.

I went in to discuss an issue my parents were dealing with after renting a car from this place. DONT DO IT. I asked to speak with the manager. He was not available so I spoke with the assistant manager. Talking with him was fine at first, I explained my parents were elderly and needed some help with the claim process. I asked a few questions to confirm what I could do and what needed to be done. I explained my mom was in a car accident and was having serious issues with memory. The assistant manager replied, " we all have things going on in our personal lives and I dont care what there reasons are". In that simple statement he showed his true color of what his personal gratification is worth more than taking care of a customer. Regardless of the customer being right or wrong. Dont rent from here. period.

For quite a while, I’d been searching for a new-to-me car online. I told my daughters what I wanted, which was an SUV, with leather seats, and a sunroof. They know my situation. My oldest daughter said, (I'm paraphrasing) bye mama, I can't with you! I said, "God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I ask or think. I kept looking!Remembering that my mom use to to buy cars from Enterprise through her credit Union, I viewed Enterprise Car Sales. I received a call from Jade. I told her the same thing I told my daughters. I was looking for an SUV, with leather seats, and a sunroof. Jade gave me a totally different response. I told her that I deserved it. She agreed. She gave me an appointment to come see her the next day. When it came close to time for me to leave my house, I got nervous, because I also know my situation. I called to tell Jade I needed to reschedule, because I had not received an interest rate from my bank, who had approved a loan for me. In the meantime, I received a call from the manager, Cameron. I told her what I had told Jade about rescheduling. She encouraged me to come on in because they had financing as well.Jade met me as I walked in, and greeted me with such warmth and assurance. She was genuinely happy to assist me. I felt comfortable, and I felt peaceful. I also felt confident. What I did not feel was pressured. I sat down with Jade and she explained to me that everything she did on her computer I would be able to see. They are very transparent. In fact, everyone I encountered was super nice! Jade did not show me cars for which I have no interest. The first two cars she showed me was exactly what I was looking for. They were SUVs with leather seats, and a sunroof. I loved them both! To shorten this long story, I will say, though I'm not what's considered a wealthy, upper class citizen, I was treated as such. Jade was patient! She was kind! She was committed! She was intentional in helping me find the car I wanted, with the features I desired. After running a few numbers and me getting nervous again about the monthly note plus insurance, we headed back outside to look at some cars that was a better fit for my budget. Let me tell you something, Jade found me an SUV that had just come in. It has leather seats and a sunroof. The numbers were run again, and fit within my budget. Then we began to work on insurance. We finally got that done, and as you can see in the photos below, I became the owner of a new-to-me, 2020 Ford EcoSport Titanium! Did y'all see the Titanium! Thank you Jade for helping me drive off the lot satisfied! You are the best car salesperson that I have ever encountered! I appreciate your commitment to getting me exactly what I wanted! I will send all my family and friends to you for their car-buying needs! Worst customer service!!!Rip you off, Take your business elsewhere, they will Blame Damages on you . My husband rented a car for two weeks , he left Early 4am in the morning and got on the highway and noticed that the car was wobbly. He gets where he's going and calls To get a different car and they refuse to get him a different car So hes gone for 2 weeks. Comes back and now they're trying to charge him for the damages . And if you look at the comments they do it two other people DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Don't go by their word of checking the car always look over it yourself

Called twice to book a reservation.. got hung up on after being on hold for 15 minutes the first time. Second time I spoke with Carson and told me to come the following Monday for a car. He pushed the reservation to another location and didn’t tell me. so I wasted money on an Uber up to the location just to be stranded there.

Don’t trust them check your car before u leave even if they told u they have the damage because they will try to charge u for the damage even if it was there before u got the car
